Welcome to my 3rd party review of Constant Content.
I am so glad that you decided to read my article because that means you are willing to do research before joining an online business opportunity.
I am pleased to announce that Constant Content (CC) is legit but there are aspects of the company that I don’t necessarily agree with.
You see, this is the thing about my reviews.
I do NOT simply label a company legit or a scam and walk away.
I break down the company piece by piece so that you can make the most educate decision possible.
I am sure you came across this company on your search for an online writing job.
Other writers have found success with the company but others do complain about the article accepting process and actually selling articles.
This review will start by telling you about the company and what it actually does.
Then I will explain how the company works and how you can make money with them.
I also look for positive and negative comments and review of CC so that you can see the company from both sides of the fence.
I will start out by saying that my initial research into CC has proven that the company has been around for a while and is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.
This could be beneficial to you and your wallet.
The only recommendation I will make is for you to stick around and read the entire review because there is valuable information throughout the entire piece.
Without further ado, let’s get started.
Constant Content Overview – What is the Company?
CC was founded in 2006 and quickly became recognizable as one of the leaders of creating and selling written articles online.
For the past 10 years or so, CC has grown into one of the World’s largest online sites for SEO, authority and original writing content.
Although CC still offers thousands of articles, they have expanded into the realm of custom content which have been requested by companies.
What this means is simple. No matter what kind of article or written content you need, there are plenty of people that are willing to complete the task for a small fee.
I say small because most of the time, the articles are short.
Here is a short list of the most requested forms of written content:
• Blog posts
• SEO writing
• Press releases
• White papers
• Technical writing
CC promises to deliver 100% unique projects that meet the high writing standards at CC.
How Constant Content Works
At this point you probably realize that CC is a freelance writing company.
With that being said it is much different than other sites because you don’t have to wait to get a contract or get hired.
All you do is write your articles and post it on the site.
If your articles fit the needs of an employer, they purchase the article in a few different ways.
I will go over that in a bit. It is important to realize that each article you write will be reviewed by CC editors to make sure it is up to snuff.
You should probably aim for shorter articles around 1000 words rather than short SEO articles or long research projects.
With that being said, there are markets for all articles.
Once you get approval from the CC team you can post it on the website and hopefully find a buyer.
There are 3 different ways that your articles can be bought.
The first is called USAGE. This allows your articles to be purchased multiple times but the buyer cannot alter the article at all.
However, this does not pay very much in comparison to the other ways.
The second is called UNIQUE.
This is a lot like usage but it can only be sold once.
The article cannot be altered though.
The third way of selling an article is called FULL RIGHTS.
This is the method that pays the most because the buyer gets 100% legal rights to the article.
They can also alter it via an editing team for publication.
This sounds great, right?
Well, there is a bit of a catch but it should have been expected because no website sells stuff free of charge.
Constant Content takes 35% of the selling price and then deposits the rest of the money into your account.
If CC is going to take that much money, I hope the articles actually sell.
How to Apply at Constant Content
To be honest, it looks like a very easy process.
You have to fill out some information about your educational background so CC can identify your area of expertise.
You also have to take a short test but it is by no means difficult as long as you have basic writing skills.
There is no need to get work up over this test because that will only make it more difficult than it has to be.
What it boils down to is this.
If you can write, they you will pass it.
After you pass these two processes, you will be a member of the CC pool of writers and then you can start writing away.
I would suggest you have a bunch of articles already to submit so you can get your business going quickly.
How Much Can You Make
This question is a little bit more difficult to answer, and it is probably the most disappointing aspect of the company.
It all depends on two things; how much you sell your articles for and how much people are willing to pay for them.
I have seen some price ranges between $20 to over $100 per article.
This is great because that can be a great supplemental income or it could be a great full time job opportunity from home.
The issue lays in the fact that there is over 100k other writers competing against you and you may not sell any of your articles at all.
This is where the frustration may be coming from, at least with some of their members.
The other issue I would like clarified is the fact that CC never releases any statistical information about their company.
For example, what percentage of writers, sell articles?
What is the average annual income of your writers?
These are really important questions that need to be answered so if you can point me in the right direction, please do.
I could not find an Income Disclosure Statement but I would love to see one.
This is most likely why CC does not guarantee you any sales.
This is why it is so important to write excellent articles that give you a chance in this competitive market.
If you happen to sell articles, you get paid every month via PayPal or a wired transfer.
This is why it is important to make sure you have an active PayPal account.
This is by far the easiest way to get paid.
The Final Verdict
I hope you enjoyed this review of Constant Content.
If you stuck around for the entire review, you realized that I brought up a lot of the good aspects of the company and touched upon some of the things that need clarification.
Although I don’t agree with some of the business model, there is no way CC is a scam.
The company has been around for a while and there aren’t very many negative comments that I could find.
The ones that I did find are more or less from people that tried it out and were unable to sell any articles.
Other complaints were from people that couldn’t get passed the application process.
This is not really the fault of CC but then again, I am just going off the claims of others, in this particular case.
If freelancing online is something that you are not interested in, you should seriously consider starting your own online business.
It is much easier than you think and there are plenty of tutorial videos on Youtube to help you on your way.
