Welcome to my 3rd party review of Genesis Pure!
I will be spending the majority of the review going over legal interactions which occurred in the last few years.
Former CEO and Co-Founder Lindsey Duncan is a jackpot of MLM information and there will be plenty of articles to go over.
I will also provide you with product and compensation breakdown.
Finally, I will provide you with enough evidence that Genesis Pure (GP) is a scam.
This is the kind of information that GP will never tell you upfront.
They will try and bury it and hope that they still get new clients and customers.
I wonder how many people would join them if they knew about all of the legal issues GP has had in the past.
You may be wondering why I am asking you to trust me.
Well, I am a 3rd party reviewer so I do not have any affiliation with the companies I review.
What this means is that I am doing research and simply presenting you with facts.
My goal is not to sway your opinion one way or the other.
My goal is to show you everything you need to know about Genesis Pure and other MLMs so that you can make an educated decision.
So many people make life altering decisions when they decide to invest in an MLM.
The vast majority of the people that get suckered into an MLM regret it.
This isn’t an exaggeration; 95% of MLMers fail for a variety of reasons.
At any rate, you need to be aware of everything because if you can’t trust the people that are asking you to join, then you should turn around and look elsewhere for an income.

Genesis Pure Overview – What is the Company?
The following is a statement on the GP website and this is the kind of information the leadership wants you to know.
This is another quote from the website that I think shows us the kind rhetoric that ‘snake oil’ companies use to seem important in the medical & health realms.
“Genesis PURE exists to help create healthier, more fulfilling lives around the globe. Our Wellness Advisory Board plays a key role in helping us accomplish that.”
Let’s see how the Wellness Advisory Board is made up of, shall we?
The board is comprised of an anesthesiologist, a rheumatologist, a general surgeon, a pharmacist, a dermatologist, a nutritional educator, a research and development director and finally, a Sr. formulation scientist.
The vast majority of the board members are doctors and scientists and ironically, ZERO credible scientific research has been done.
If you think I am wrong, them I would like you to post a journal with the research results in the comments section.
And, please, don’t try and post any of the “research” that Genesis Pure paid for because that is obviously nothing but lies.
Let’s move on to the next section of the review so you can see what you would be dealing with if you joined GP.
Genesis Pure Product Line
This section is going to be brief because we have bigger fish to fry.
LIVE PURE NUTRITION – For body, mind and soul nutrients.
LIVE PURE PERFORMANCE – Energy boost & performance.
LIVE PURE BEAUTY – Rejuvenate your skin
You can go here to see each product and all of the ingredients. GP Product Page.
I know it does not make sense to review any of the products, especially in this case.
First of all, the products are so overpriced that you will never be able to make any kind of retail profit.
Second, they are all hype and there isn’t a shred of evidence to back up and of the medical claims.
There are still no indication that any real research has been done.
I mean, why not produce some research to make sure all of your products are legit.
I’ll tell you why.
It is easier to produce fake testimonies that make it seem like the products are life changing.
Genesis Pure Compensation Plan
This is going to be another short section but this time I will at least tell you the ways GP tells you that you can make money.
1. Retail Bonus
2. Sponsor Bonus
3. Team Bonus
4. Generation Bonus
5. Leadership Bonus
6. Lifestyle Bonus
The image above is something I thought was worth showing you.
These kinds of numbers are absolutely ridiculous.
It is hard enough to recruit a downline and these sale volumes would take a long to time to accomplish.
Founder & Former CEO of GP is a Fake Doctor
This article from The Washington Post, “How a fake doctor made millions from ‘the Dr. Oz Effect’ and a bogus weight-loss supplement,” makes some amazing claims and all of them are well founded and researched.
First of all, the author confirms that Lindsey Duncan went on the Dr. Oz show and was referred to as a naturopathic doctor and a certified nutritionist.
Both of those claims are not true and what the heck is a naturopathic doctor?
However, that is not what the show was about.
It was about the so called miracle weight loss supplement derived from green coffee bean extract.
Here is what some of the conversation was about on the episode featuring Lindsey Duncan.
I think the entire show is a joke and that is probably why it was cancelled.
To call a coffee bean extract a miracle and a triple threat is blasphemy.
Especially considering that Duncan had no idea what the extract was until he was filled in via email from the research team.
This is the type of thing you really need to look at.
When you are searching for information about a company, presume it is unethical until proven otherwise.
Just accepting hype and misleading information at face value is not a wise choice.
You work hard for your money and to just throw it away hoping that you will get rich in the process is a fool’s errand.
If all of this information wasn’t enough to close the casket on Genesis Pure, the legal troubles should do the trick.
Texas AG Charges GP Co-Founder with Deceiving the Public
This is the one thing I will recommend in this article because this is a must read.
There are very good reasons why Duncan is no longer mentioned on the Genesis Pure website.
The name of the company was altered slightly so that they could quietly get rid of the corruption.
Unfortunately for Duncan and GP, the damage has been done and there is no way to recover.
Here is a quick list of violations that were found by the Texas AG:
Violation of Texas Education Code
False, Misleading or Deceptive Acts
The fake doctor was charged and was forced to pay a fine of $9 million in restitution to the people the company scammed.
Here is the thing about companies that claim to have miracle supplements that you “can’t live without.”
They are all garbage.
I mean come on, why would a crappy, hyped up MLM company be selling these products when Big Pharma could mass produce it and get it approved by the FDA in the matter of weeks.
The final Verdict
Here is the deal, there is no way that GP is anything other than a scam.
During the entire research process of GP, I kept thinking, “fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.”
The company has had one too many chances and doesn’t deserve your attention.
A company that brags about providing people with life changing when in reality, it is nothing but green coffee bean extract with no scientific legs to stand on.
The FTC and Texas AG already stepped in and did the right thing.
Why would you even consider GP at this point?
