Welcome to my 3rd party review of My Life.net.
I am so glad that you made it to this review because if you were thinking about joining My Life, you won’t be after reading this.
I have plenty of evidence that proves it is a scam and that there are certain measures being taken to prevent it from operating.
I honestly wish that I could make this article mandatory reading for all people thinking of joining an MLM because this is a perfect example for why people should create their own business.
Unfortunately, there are thousands of people worldwide that will join shady MLMs because they think they can make it work without knowing anything about the company.
These same people will also believe the sales pitches because they are desperate for an income.
This review will save you lots of money because this company takes your money and promises to deliver merchandise that you can then sell for retail value.
However, there are so many complaints about the company that government action is required.
The evidence centers from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Ripoff Report.
I will be focusing on those two sources to prove to you that you need to find another way to make money online.
If you are already involved with My Life.net, you need to start preparing documents so that you can get your money reimbursed.
I have seen some customers that have lost over $30k or more.
I will still provide you with other information about the company, like an overview and product review.
Please read the entire article so that you can that most MLM, and especially My Life.net are a complete waste of time.
You can also check out the step-by-step training that helps me earn over $10,000+ per month working from home.
My Life Overview – What is the Company?
My Life launched back in 2013 and is headquartered in Florida, USA. The founder and current CEO is Andrea Maronian.
For those of you that have already been ripped off by My Life.net or want to know the contact information I will provide the BBB page and company’s contact information.
1100 N. Florida Ave.
Tampa, FL 33602-3343
POINTS OF CONTACT
• Mr. Andres Maronian, President
• Mr. Michael Daley
• Ms. Diana Barragan, Secretary
Maronian has a bit of history with MLMs. Andrea was a well known distributor for CAN.
When that fell apart, he joined 5 Linx in 2007 and then left 5 Linx for a company called Invado.
Invado went out of business in 2013 and in the same year launched My Life.
It should be clear that Andrea joins MLMs and then abandons ship when the hype subsides.
After a 4 company changes is a few years, he just decided to create his own MLM and that way he could create his own scam rather than join someone else’s.
The reason I make such claims is based on the fact this company is literally the worst business model that I have ever seen in an MLM and I have reviewed 125+.
Now that you know the founder and CEO of My Life is shady and surrounded by speculation, it is time for us to look at the evidence and skip all of the products and compensation plan information.
To be honest, that would be a complete waste of time because I don’t see this company surviving unless they get some leniency from the USA Direct Selling Caucus.
Better Business Bureau (BBB)
Ok, first of all, BBB takes its grading system very seriously and My Life has a failing grade.
You actually have to try to fail this bad because it means that you are horrendous at every aspect of business.
First and foremost are the number of complaints and then government action toward My Life and parent companies.
This section will provide you with plenty of information on the following issues.
MASSIVE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS
All the way back in July of 2014, BBB contacted My Life and asked them why there were so many complaints from customers.
My Life had to respond with an answer and also a plan to deal with the issues that customers were having.
So this means My Life needed to make changes to their practices and make sure customer satisfaction was paramount.
Apparently, My Life never answered BBB’s request.
The biggest complaint was the fact that customers were paying monthly fees but receiving none of the merchandise.
Even more complaints were made due to the fact that it is impossible for the company to be reached.
This made it impossible to resolve any issue or ask for refunds.
What is crazy about the whole situation is the fact that My Life had the audacity of not complying with BBB requests.
This is the most startling part of this whole page and definitely a first for me in regards to researching MLMs.
It is probably why there was government action and the failing grade.
Let’s take a look at some of the complaints so you can see firsthand what the issues are.
Ok, the company is failing by refusing to refund customers with legitimate reasons.
My Life is promising people that payments of commission and sales will be distributed and then failing to meet deadlines.
My Life is also charging credit cards and then failing to ship any merchandise.
There is no other word to describe this company other than scam. It is a complete and utter disgrace to all other online businesses that are attempting to do things legitimately.
I get so frustrated when I see companies like My Life because they are taking advantage of hardworking people that are looking for a steady paycheck.
In May of this year, 2016, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) filed an injunction on the following companies.
Tachht, inc, Teqqi LLC, the owner Colby Fox and manager Chris Reinhold.
Middle District of Florida Court.
Here is what they did wrong.
• Misrepresentation of materials in regards to Weight-Loss Products.
• False advertising
• False or misleading header info in an email
• Failing in offering an opt out
• Never Including a legit physical postal address.
So what this means is that My Life lied about their products and were unable to back them up scientifically.
These companies also paid for emails to be sent from compromised email accounts.
The company used fake news generated by illegal means in order to represent bogus products.
They made false claims that stars like Oprah Winfrey backed their products only in hopes of selling more product.
Finally, they paid affiliate marketers a commission every time when consumers clicked on a fake news site.
All of these matters are still pending but this is a pretty serious situation and I can only assume people are abandoning ship or have already left.
The next article located HERE, is something everyone should read because it is a serious of testimonies that back up all of BBB’s claims.
The first comment says that people that bought into the company never received any merchandise after waiting for 2 months.
This is a clear indication that the company was promising delivery and then pushing back the startup date.
After the customer asked for a refund, two month went by when the company stated they were not going to refund.
The customer needed legal services because the amount of money they stole was upwards of $50k dollars.
I’m not sure how that works considering the buy in and other fees are not that expensive but they may have cleared his account once the information was provided.
I am going to take a few second to express how dirty this is.
Now I can’t personally substantiate this customer’s complaint, but if they are clearing people’s bank accounts or coming close to this person’s accusations, people are going to jail.
This no joke and Canada has extremely strict laws, banning MLM from operating there.
I can’t wait to hear about this case and will keep people updated.
The Final Verdict
I rarely call a company a scam because that is a pretty serious accusation but in this case, I have no reason not to.
This company has broken just about every law in the book and are still scamming people because their website is still active and being promoted.
I really hope this company is shutdown immediately because every day that he case is open, more people are being robbed.
What bothers me most is that there are so many other ways to make money online.
The best thing to do is get some training on how to make your own business online.
There are actually free videos on YouTube that can point you in the right direction.
I strongly recommend doing this.
If you want an example of a reputable company, check out this review.
I hope you end up finding a training program that fits your needs because they really do help.
When you make your own business online, you no longer have to worry about creating your own downline, recruiting and worry about a company ripping you off.
You are your own boss which means you get to make the decisions.
This is great news to you and I wish you luck in the future.
