President: John Seehan
Welcome to my 3rd party review of Saivian!
I am excited that you found my review because that means you are willing to do research on business opportunities before you join.
Believe it or not, most people see a get rich quick advertisement and jump in head first.
This is a huge mistake because most of the companies are either scams or based on 99% hype.
In fact, that is the number one reason MLMs have such a bad reputation.
Since the odds are stacked against new affiliates, the vast majority of affiliates fail because they cannot cope with the recruitment requirements.
If anyone tells you, “you don’t need to recruit to make big money with MLMs,” they are lying.
If you want to make a livable wage, you need to generate leads on a daily basis.
That is the hurdle you will face, so be prepared.
This does not mean that MLMs are all scams.
If a company has a strong compensation plan and can make you money, I will say it.
If the company is shady and riddled with red flags, I will not hesitate to call it a scam.
What I am trying to say is that I call it like I see it.
You can disagree with me all you want, but facts are undeniable and that is what I base my claims on.
With that being said, you are the one making the final decision.
All I am asking is that you read the entire review so you have a better understanding of the company you are considering.
Without further ado, let’s take a look at the overview.
Saivian Overview – What is the Company?
This section usually ends up being longer than intended because there is information that Saivian wants you to know and then information that you need to know.
So let’s get started.
I wish I could say that the leadership information was from their website but unfortunately this is not the case.
When I clicked on the “About” page, the following image came up.
Maybe you will have better luck than me but I doubt it.
Here is what I found on the leadership of the company.
A businessman by the name of John Seehan is the acting President of the company and has a few decades of experience with running companies.
Another member of the leadership team is Steve Gewecke who is in charge of the marketing side of the Saivian.
Gewecke also has experience in the business field including:
• VIP Founder of US Utility Direct in 2012
• Rejoined MyNyloxin as President in August of 2014
The Saivian motto is as follows: “Our mission is to provide high value memberships to our members that encompass their routine everyday spending.
The initial goal is to read 100,000 members in the next 12 months and 1,000,000 total members in 3 years.”
Let me remind you, that this is the stuff that the company wants you to focus on.
Here are a few things that may surprise you or at least put things into perspective for you.
Do you remember Gewecke and his company MyNyloxin?
The membership fees for MyNyloxin were between $300 and $1500, meaning outrageous.
In fact, all evidence points at the fact that MyNyloxin is no longer operating. Jeez, what a big surprise.
Judging from the comment above, Saivian is relying on gullible people to make money and paying out with new membership fees.
This is troubling because this is a business model that has been shut down before and will be shut down again.
Ok, I get it, there will also be affiliates that disagree with me and that is fine because I don’t want the approval of people that are potential luring others into a scam.
Has anyone realized that the membership fee is $125 a month which is a little high considering you would have purchase so many items in order to get your membership fee back.
So in reality, you are not getting 20% cash back unless you purchase $625 worth of merchandise per month.
Furthermore, the company website does not have any information about refunds, most likely because Saivian doesn’t have a return policy.
This is because Saivian does not offer any products at all, but more on that later.
The website also doesn’t have any legal Terms and Conditions which is another red flag that I noticed when looking at the website.
Saivian also does not provide any contact information except a corporate address until you join up which means you have to pay to get basic information.
In today’s world of information, this is unacceptable and there is a reason that they want this information to be accessible.
The last bit of information that I discovered was the fact they are not a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) or the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
I will have a section on the BBB because I was able to find Saivian in the database and it wasn’t a good look.
Anyway, now that you have see what the company provides you and what information is conveniently left off of their website, let’s take a look at the services they provide.
There isn’t really a lot to say here other than Saivian doesn’t offer any tangible products at all.
They offer 3rd party discounts to many of the popular eCommerce hubs.
The image below shows you the information provided on the Saivian website.
This is another red flag in my opinion because there is nothing to market when you are trying to recruit others to your team.
With that being said, this business model is nothing new and has been done before.
Let’s take a look at the compensation plan briefly to see how you make money.
Saivian Compensation Plan
This section will list all of the ranks due to the fact that the Savian Compensation Plan is based on ranks.
Let’s dive right in, shall we?
FOUNDER: Personally maintain 3 Membership sales and earn $5/day or $1825/year
VIP FOUNDER: Maintain 12 Active Retail Members (ARM) and earn $20/day or $7300/year
ELITE FOUNDER: Maintain 39 ARMs and earn $30/day or $10950/year
Take a look at the image below for the daily bonuses depending on the size of the downline you have built.
If you thought that was all, there is another set of ranks for the big player recruiters that establish massive downlines. Take a look…
The only issues I have are the fact that Saivian has never released an Income Disclosure Statement.
We can only speculate how many people actually reach the Ambassador Ranks.
If it is anything like other MLMs, it is only a few.
Let’s take a quick look at the BBB database to see what we can uncover.
Better Business Bureau (BBB)
The first thing I want do is provide you with the BBB Saivian Page, so you can take a look at it yourself.
I only provide a few of the complaints but it is a page you will want to visit whenever you are researching a potential business opportunity.
The first thing everyone should notice is the fact that Saivian has a failing grade of F, and this should scare you! See, for yourself.
The other alarming statistic is that there are only 5 customer comments and they are all complaints.
This is why Saivian is a failure according to BBB. In fact, here are the reasons BBB gave them an F.
• 5 complaints filed against business
• Failure to respond to one complaint filed against business
Let’s take a look at the reason why Saivian failed to reply to these complaints.
I have done over 150 reviews and I have never seen “BBB is unable to locate the business” before.
I am a little worried and this is the last red flag that I can expose.
It seems like every aspect of the company has some issues and have potential scam written all over them.
The Final Verdict
I have been really hard on Saivian but for good reason.
The lack of information the company provides on its website is a red flag.
The fact that Saivian doesn’t have a marketable product and uses 3rd party services is a red flag.
The compensation plan is 100% based on recruitment meaning the revenue from members is way more than the revenue from actual products is a red flag.
In fact, this is the definition of pyramid scheme.
Of course we can only speculate because Saivian will never release an Income Disclosure Statement which is another red flag in and of its self.
The BBB has caught on to their tactics and have probably alerted other organizations to take action.
Well, at least we can hope so.
These are the main reasons I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
This is a great opportunity to point out that if people want to work online, it is far better to create their own site or business.
This will eleviate all of the risks involved with MLMs.
