I literally get hundreds of emails a day – nope I’m not joking.
And because I get so many, I can miss the odd one, or sometimes my spam filter can eat up some legit messages (bad filter – go sit on the naughty step), so if you’ve sent me a message and haven’t heard back from me in a few days, please sent it again.
