Company: NuCerity International
Website: http://nucerity.com
Founders: David Dillingham, Richard Jaenicke & Lonnie McKinney (According to own website)
Welcome to my 3rd party review of NuCerity International (NI).
There are a few reasons that you may have ended up on my review.
You could have seen an advertisement for NI on one of the many social media platforms.
Or you could have been introduced to NI by a friend or family member.
Either way, I am glad you found my review because you will get a lot of information that will help you make the right decision for you.
Since I have ZERO affiliation with the companies I review so you don’t have to worry about sales pitches.
I am also glad that you are reading my review is due to the fact that thousands of people will join MLMs without doing any research whatsoever.
This is a huge mistake because the odds are stacked against even the most skilled MLMers so joining one blind is a bad idea.
I have several sections in my review, all of which help organize the information needed to get an accurate image of NI.
The first thing I do is provide background information because leadership is so important when it comes to a business.
Next, I take a look at product and the compensation plan.
Those two sections are the most important to readers that want to know the big question: Can NI make me money?
The answer is yes but only for people that are trained recruiting professionals.
Newbies are going to have a hard time finding success with MLMs in general.
More on that later…
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the review.
You can also check out the step-by-step training that helps me earn over $10,000+ per month working from home.

NuCerity International Overview – What is the Company?
The image above is what the leadership of the company wants you to see.
Notice the rhetoric that is used so that you think it is going to be so easy to sell their products and that they are the “greatest innovation in skincare ever created.”
OK, let’s calm down for a second. I highly doubt a MLM company has found the world’s most perfect product.
I mean, if it was, the MLM side of NuCerity would not be needed.
NuCerity would also be in complete control of the skincare market.
Another thing to take into consideration is the fact that every single skincare MLM claims the same thing.
Hmmm, things are starting to make sense.
Here is what NI left out.
NI was founded in 2009 by David Dillingham, Richard Jaenicke & Lonnie McKinney.
NI claims that their skincare products improve your skin wellness.
The products are sold on their website via network marketing and online platforms like Amazon and Ebay.
When you research some of the ingredients you start to realize that NI uses acetone in some of their products.
If this chemical is not diluted properly, it can irritate already existing skin conditions and create rashes.
Ironically, all of the positive reviews of NI were from affiliates, which means they are worthless when it comes to finding out the truth.
You should take affiliate reviews for what they are, sales pitches.
With all of this being said, one great thing NI has going for them is that they operate in 16 different countries.
AUSTRALIA, IRELAND, MEXICO, SINGAPORE, THAILAND, CANADA, JAPAN, PHILIPPINES, S. KOREA, UK, GREATER CHINA, MALAYSIA, PUERTO RICO, TAIWAN, USA & INDONESIA.

If you want to check out every product and get down to the nitty-gritty, go ahead and check out the NI Product Line page from their main website.
The first thing I noticed when I briefly browsed the product line was that there are no prices for any of the products unless you click on “Buy Now.”
This is a major problem and shows signs of transparency issues.
Why can’t the company provide price points?
I have to imagine that it has something to do with ridiculous prices to match their ridiculous claims.
This may not seem like a big deal but when was the last time you went to a store and brought a product up to the cashier without know how much it cost?
NI Compensation Plan
Here is the NI Compensation Plan PDF, which I highly recommend you read.
You should read this because you need to familiarize yourself with the fine print.
Whether you are considering NI or not, you will benefit from learning the jargon used by MLMs to lure you into their web.
WAYS TO EARN MONEY
1. Retail Profits
2. Preferred Customer Profits
3. First Order Bonus
4. Fast Start 2by2 Duplication Bonus Promotion
5. Team Volume Bonus
6. Team Matching Bonus
7. Rank Advancement Bonuses
8. Beautiful Life Bonus
9. Diamond Pool
10. Diamond Loyalty Bonus
This is something that you don’t want to see in a compensation plan.
This disclaimer is often overlooked but it says so much about the company.
What the company fails to tell you is that 95% of all MLMers fail within the first few months.
MLMs, NI included, thrives on newbie failure.
But hey, at least they warned you about the fact that only skilled people have a chance at success.
I was hoping that I could show you an Income Disclosure Statement but I could not find one.
This is due to the fact that it would show some troubling information.
Most MLMs only have 5-10% of all affiliates or members making money on a monthly basis.
This means that the vast majority of affiliates or members make ZERO $$$ or lose money in the process because they have to purchase products in order to stay active.
This is quite alarming, but not surprising.
Better Business Bureau (BBB)
There is very little activity in the BBB database for NI.
There isn’t even a grade to provide you with.
Nor are there any reviews or complaints to go over.
I doubt this will change much but if you read other reviews or scam alert forums, you will see plenty of complaints and positive comments.
As you can see, the comment above seems more like a sales pitch more than anything else.
It also seems like every affiliate is a world renowned scientist, which is really annoying.
This comment seemed to have some legitimacy to it.
Of course this is only my opinion but people using these products on their children, should probably not be having children.
There are chemicals used in these products and the science behind this ‘snake oil’ is pseudo-science at best.
If you choose to sell these products, please do not advertise these products in a malicious manner like this.
Things I Like & Don’t Like About NI
LIKE
Cost: The startup costs are pretty low compared to most skincare niche MLMs.
I have seen some companies like NI cost nearly $250 just to meet basic requirements.
Although the start up is somewhat cheaper, it costs $120 to start up the auto ship program whereas other MLMs provide this service for free.
Website: Although I dislike snake oil niche MLMs, the NI website is pretty straight forward and has all of the compensation information directly on the website so there is a bit of a focus on transparency.
I still think they should add an Income Disclosure Statement but that may be asking too much.
DISLIKE
Warm Market: NI only emphasizes the warm market sales.
This means they try to push their products on the people within the realm of friends and family.
This can lead to serious relationship problems and this is a shallow well to delve.
Training should expand your horizons, not limit it right out of the gates.
Price Points: I mentioned this problem in a previous section but I think it is worth mentioning again because this is something that should not be overlooked.
What baffles me the most is that they post all of the prices to memberships and processing fees but they don’t show you prices of the retail.
This is a really quick fix and it might even convince more people to shop.
The Final Verdict
Here is the deal with NuCerity International.
On one hand I feel that they have some shady things going on and on the other hand they have some real potential.
I will not label NI as a definite scam because they seem to meet most of the pathetically minimal Direct Selling laws set before them.
I will leave you with this final thought about NI.
There are 1000s of MLMs out there and they all seem to promise you an easy way to make money but they all fail to do so unless you get in during the launch phase.
This company has been around for a while so that ship has sailed.
I think it is possible to make money with NI but you have to be a top recruiter because trying to sell this stuff retail on Amazon is silly.
There are other ways to make money online.
Have you ever thought about starting your own online business that doesn’t rely on an MLM?
There are plenty of training programs out there and some of them are FREE or very affordable.
You could even go to YouTube and check some of them.
Free is better than spending $500 and then finding out it doesn’t work.
If you want an training program example, check out this review of Wealthy Affiliate.
They are FREE to try out which is a great deal.
I hope this review of NuCerity International was helpful in some manner.
