Welcome to my 3rd party review of Sabika Jewelry!!!

I am happy that you found my review because it means you are conducting research before investing your time and money into Sabika Jewelry (SJ).

The most common mistake made by people looking for an online business is to jump in head first and failing miserably.

This is where I come in; my sole intent is to help people differentiate between fact and hype.

In a sense, I make sure people know what MLMs are all about so you can see it for yourself.

This does not mean that I believe that all MLMs are scams waiting for unexpected victims.

I call it like I see it; if you can make money, then I say so.

If the company has red flags, then I am not afraid of labeling it as a scam.

One thing you will always see in my reviews is facts to back up my claims.

Remember, it is still up to you to make the final decision.

That is why it is so important to read the entire reviews.

Throughout the review I will provide you with a background check of the company, the product line and a brief look at the compensation plan.

You should also take the time to go over the links and images I provide you because they will have important information in them.

The last section of the review will be my final verdict of the company and give you some of my final thoughts in regards to online business opportunities.

Sabika Jewelry Overview – What is the Company?

Follow this “About Us” link for a video that will tell you all about the Mayr family and how the company got started.

I will say that I do not endorse the video in any way and all of the information may be riddled with hype.

Here is what the stands by: “A company by women for women, our jewelry is made for every woman, every day. Sabika was founded with the intent of bringing joy and opportunity to women of all ages and diverse backgrounds, and delivers a new level of fun and sophistication to the home party experience.”

This is a great business statement, let’s take a quick look at the leadership.

Mrs. Karin Mayr – CEO, Founder
Mrs. Michelle Green – Controller

SJ was founded in 2001, by Karin Mayr.

She worked as a trend consultant and marketing guru with some of the largest Europe’s biggest fabric mills.

It is also worth mentioning that SJ is a proud member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA).

The company boasts a mentorship program which trains new affiliates so they can become more successful.

I have no idea how great the training is because there are very few customer and affiliate reviews available.

There are some successful affiliates that have topped the $100k annual income mark which is promising.

Lynn Branham joined the SJ leadership team in 2014.

Lynn brings 30 years of experience to the team which is something worth mentioning.

One last thing to mention is the fact that SJ has been around since 2001.

An MLM hitting the 15 years benchmark is something that cannot be overlooked.

With all of the information from the website, one would think that the company is a great business with no hiccups.

You would be wrong because Sabika sued Goshen for the sole purpose of stopping “Goshen from copying Sabika’s copyrighted designs and its trade dress.”

You may be asking yourself, why are you mentioning this when Goshen was the one copying the designs?

Take a look at Sabika prices.

They are so overpriced, especially since none of the gems and chains are precious.

Now consider that some pop-up company was able to copy the designs and sell them at a much lower price.

I guess my point is this; the products that SJ offer are nothing special and if you want the jewelry, you could probably make them yourself.

It would certainly save you money.

Do you remember the previous section when I mentioned the prices?

Take a look at those prices!!!

OK, I get it; these are unique, designer, blah, blah, blah…

For nearly $300 I need to be seeing precious stones of some kind.

Take a look at the image below for the same kind of package deal for roughly $178.

At least the package is filled with low grade diamonds and gold.

As you can see, there is plenty to choose from but I can’t get past the prices.

Let’s take a look at the compensation plan.

Sabika Jewelry Compensation Plan

SJ is no different from any other MLM.

You get paid to recruit new consultants and sell merchandise via parties etc.

So the name of the game is to recruit and make money based on total team sales.

The compensation plan is only one page so it is easy to go over.

START UP COSTS: $199 to become a consultant

The first month is what I want you to focus on for just a second while I make a point about the compensation plan.

First I want you to click on the SJ INCOME DISCLOSURE STATEMENT.

Right off the bat, the income statement reveals that 93.28% of all working consultants average $1,926 per year.

You may be asking, what is a working consultant.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the IDS, you will find out.

“A Consultant is considered working if she received at least one check in 2014.”

So that means the vast majority of consultants only get 1 paycheck throughout the entire year and then drop off the face of the earth.

What happens to these people?

The obvious answer is that they quit because they realized that they cannot make money with this company.

This could be for a myriad of reasons for their failure but it has more to do with the company than it does with the consultants themselves.

Two more things work mentioning is the fact that 30% of all consultants earned $0 in 2014.

The second is the fact that the last IDS that SJ posted was in 2014.

This is mostly likely due to the fact that the numbers went from bad to worse.

Of course this is only speculation so maybe SJ should post more recent figures for all of us to see.

I doubt that will ever happen.

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

There is some promising news on the BBB website for SJ. It has the highest possible rating which is nice to see.

The issue however, is the fact that the only customer post on the page is a complaint so let’s take a look at it.

Ok, this complaint is something that I am sure happens from time to time considering the volume of products that are shipped.

Let’s see how the company deals with the complaint.

I have done a lot of reviews and I have never seen a company offer a free item plus the missing shipment for their troubles.

At least we know that Sabika values their customers.

The Final Verdict

Consultants of Sabika are all going to tell you the same thing.

They will tell you what a great experience they have had and that they are now debt free and making serious money.

Unfortunately, those people are only the top earners and the Income Disclosure Statement proved these consultants wrong.

You only stand a 7% chance of making more than one paycheck in a calendar year and that is enough to turn around and run in the other direction.

I’ve seen a few MLMs just like this and I’ve seen people fall for the same honey trap.

Since the company focuses on recruitment as the only way to make any serious money, I am out.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone because the vast majority of people lack the basic recruiting skills.

It is evident at this point that there is a slim chance of succeeding with this company.

Here is a bit of advice.

If you like the product, go for it and buy some of their products but the idea that you can make money with this company is slim to none.

This is why I try to tell people that want to earn money online to get involved in a training program.

This will help you in the long run and you can do this with little to no money.
