So it is possible that one post will allow you to earn a lot of money, especially if it becomes a popular topic. If there are 100 members who interacted with it, then you can earn $1 to $2.
Aside from being active and popular, myLot also has Offers that can help you earn more money. Offers provide a variety of tasks that you will need to complete in order to get paid. The money you can get will depend on the kind of task you need to complete.
Now, myLot used to have a referral program, which was removed. But their FAQs page mentions that they’re thinking of bringing it back in the future after they have perfected the new earnings algorithm.
There is a minimum amount required before you are able to withdraw, as myLot requires that your earnings reach at least $5 before you can get it.
The beauty here is that there’s no need for you to make a request, as myLot will pay the money to your PayPal account automatically once it reaches the minimum requirement.
Payments are made on or before the 15th of every month. So if your earnings reached $5 before the end of the month, your money will be given on the following month. The company pays via PayPal only.

What is Good about myLot
Now that we have learned more about myLot and what it does, it is time to discuss what is good about this opportunity.
- The first thing that I find good about myLot is that you really don’t need to do anything special to earn money. You just need to be an active member and participate in the discussions or start a discussion yourself. It is important, though, that other members interact with the comments or topics that you post in order to make money.
- I also like that myLot has another opportunity to make money on the website. They have several offers that you can complete to earn more money. This will make it easier to reach the minimum cash out requirement to get your money.
- It’s also good that myLot has a low cash out requirement, as you will only need to reach $5 to get your money. This could possibly be reached faster, especially if you are good at coming up with popular topics for discussion.
- It is easy and free to join, so you won’t have to worry about shelling out any money for registration fees or monthly membership fees.
What is Bad about myLot
Of course, there are also things that I didn’t like about myLot, which I’ll discuss here.
- I didn’t like that myLot has yet to bring back their referral program. A lot of the old members were able to make decent money here because of the referral program. But since it has yet to be reinstated, you will need to rely on just being active and on the offers available.
- Since the referral program has yet to be brought back, the income potential of myLot is very low. You only have the offers and being active and popular on the discussion boards as your source of income. These two opportunities alone won’t really provide a high-income opportunity on myLot.
Is myLot to be Recommended?
From what I’ve gathered, myLot is something that I won’t recommend for now, especially if your goal is to make money online.
As it stands, you will likely only make $15 to $20 a month with this opportunity. That amount will actually still be dependent on how popular your posts are.
If you’re unable to capture the attention of the other members, you’re likely to earn even less with myLot.
I say for now because the referral program of the company is what old members relied on to get a decent income.
Once myLot brings it back, and you’re good at getting people to sign up, then this opportunity could possibly be profitable for you. For now, it’s best you look elsewhere if you want to make decent money.
