Company: Paycation
Website: http://www.paycation.com
Founder/CEO: Davind Manning
Welcome to my 3rd party review of Paycation!
I am so glad that you found my review because that means you are willing to do research before investing your time and money.
My review are a little different than most of the others because I have ZERO affiliation with the companies I review.
I always call it like I see it.
You are most likely here because you heard about Paycation from a friend or family member.
You may have also seen an advertisement on one of the many social media platforms.
Either way, you want to know if you can make money with this program.
The answer is most definitely yes, but there are a lot of variables that make it difficult.
For one, you have to be an absolute recruitment beast. Like all MLMs, if you don’t recruit, you won’t make significant amounts of cash.
I will show you how I came to this conclusion later on in the review.
In my review, I will start about by providing you with some background information about Paycation and its founder.
Then I provide a product list and how what people think about their services.
Next, I will go over the compensation plan and then go over the Better Business Bureau (BBB) page.
The last section of my reviews is a list of things you need to consider before making a decision.
I will never recommend anything to you because I cannot make decisions for you.
You have to figure out what is best of you and plan accordingly.
I hope the following information helps you in your pursuit of financial success.
You can also check out the step-by-step training that helps me earn over $10,000+ per month working from home.

Paycation Overview – What is the Company?
I try to break this section down into two brief subsections.
I start off by providing information directly from the company’s website so that you see what the company claims to be.
Then I show you some things that they don’t put on their website.
Some of the extra information is good and some of it is bad.
The image below shows you how much experience Manning has.
This means that he has been successful in the past and this can translate to amazing things for you.
In regards to business, good leadership almost always turns into great business success.
It seems like Paycation is having some success.
Paycation leaders claim to be one of the leaders of travel services and travel training, worldwide.
This can be a good thing because having great connections like this means they can offer great discounts and travel packages to customers.
One of the companies that they work with is Xstream Travel.
It is HQ’d out of Dallas Texas and it provides all Paycation members with training so that you can become a better travel consultant.
All of this information sounds amazing right?
Let’s take a look at some of the other information I found and see how it all plays out.
Remember the travel service, Xstream Travel.
It is also owned by David Manning although some sources are saying that Priceline is now being used because of the conflict of interest.
Although I have not found others sources to confirm this.
This comment raises a bunch of questions and I will try to answer them all.
This gentleman is claiming that Manning claims to have experience and have all sorts of success but it is nothing but hype.
Go figure, MLMs and hype go hand in hand. It seems like Paycation is just a revamp of Traverus Travel, which was also founded by Manning.
So this is how Manning’s “success” cycle seems to go.
• Start a travel service MLM
• Hype the hell out of it in hopes of attracting as many people as possible
• Keep it going for as long as you can (typically 2-3 years)
• Jump ship before the bubble bursts
• Rinse and repeat when people forget about the last scam
Before you get mad and stat waving your finger at me, this is not my opinion.
This is the opinion of thousands of people all over the world that have gotten burned.
Remember, I have no affiliation with Paycation and I am thankful of that.
This is another common issue that Paycation is being accused of.
What kind of company keeps asking for more money and then will shut your account down if you are late.
I really like the statement about the weekly meeting because it puts a lot into perspective.
This training that they provide is known as warm market training.
Paycation hopes you go to your close friends and family for recruitment because there is a higher rate of success.
It is so hard to generate leads and recruit outside of your friend/family bubble.
Any company claiming to provide training should focus on ways to generate leads daily and provide successful means of doing so.
It seems like Paycation is just looking ot get your money and then keep asking for more money and extra fees and then provide nothing in return.
I hope that people see these kinds of comments for what they are.
Look, if you are a world class recruiter, Paycation can work for you because you will have a massive downline ready to move with you to your next investment.
If you are a newbie, you are going to fail. It is that simple.
Half of the companies on the list above are no longer active and the ones that are, are made within the past 4 years.
Time will tell with this next Manning creation but if it is anything like his last company, it’s going to come to an end soon.
Let’s see what happens.

Here is the link to the 50 page Paycation Compensation Plan.
You need to read this or at least take a look at all the main parts.
You should get familiar with MLM jargon so that you can be properly informed about the rules and regulations.
Better Business Bureau (BBB)
As you can see, Paycation’s grade is less than perfect but it is still decent.
This means that they have a less than perfect record with dealing with customer complaints in a timely manner.
Let’s take a look at a few comments.
This complaint is straight up calling Paycation out for an unauthorized charge.
This is not the first comment I have see with similar issues so more than one person has been charged.
I would like to think that these types of situations are dealt with quickly because this is illegal.
They can cry about the Paycation Policy all they want but when a business has credit cards companies looking into you because of unauthorized purchases were being placed, you are a scam.
Deal with the issue and get these things take care of asap, remember, the customer is always right.
This comment is saying that Paycation is providing false and misleading statements in regards to income.
I agree with the comment that Uplead is not helping because garbage training like that only helps you with warm market leads.
I would really like to know why it is always a hassle to get refunds and/or a straight answer.
The Final Verdict
I have been really hard on this company because it seems like the only reviews around are either from affiliates pushing sales pitches or people that seem to be afraid to call it a scam.
At the very least, Paycation is shady due to a founder that creates a travel niche MLM every 3-4 years and then makes lots of money by hype and then abandons ship before it goes under.
Look, I get it, you want a business that you can make money with.
If you have a downline already established that is willing to follow you to Paycation, then go for it.
If you are a newbie, then you are looking in the wrong direction because MLMs in general are not newbie friendly.
It is almost guaranteed that you will lose money if join without a pre-existing downline.
I hope you understand that there are so many other ways to make money online, if that is the route you want to take.
My advice to you is to find a free or affordable training program and learn how to make your own online business that is not based on recruiting.
If you are looking for an example of a free training program, check out this program.
I hope this review helped you in some way.
It is not easy to make money online but once you find a way that fits your expectations, you will be willing to put in the hard work.
If you have any experience with Paycation, would like to ask a question or leave a comment, feel free to leave a comment below.
Cheers!
Adam
