Can you make money as a transcriptionist with Axion Data Entry? Click here to learn more.Welcome to my 3rd party review of Axion Data Entry Services (ADES)!

When I was researching data entry jobs, I came across ADES, which hires data entry specialists from time to time.

Since I am not affiliated with the company at all, meaning, there is no conflict of interest.

My entire purpose of this review is not to de-legitimize a company and instantly label it as a scam.

In fact, I like providing people with honest reviews that show them that there are many different ways to make money online.

Every once in a while, I come across a business that is too good to be true and is an obvious scam.

That is when I provide the evidence of such claims.

Since we do not have to worry about this with ADES we can immediately jump in head first.

There are many great aspects of the company and working for them seems like a pretty good deal on paper.

Remember, I have not worked for them so take my review for what it is; opinion, based on facts.

This review will have several sections including, job opportunities, requirements, job description and the BBB page.

All of this information is equally valuable so I recommend that you follow all of the links and look at all of the images I provide you.

The very end of the review will be a quick section with my final thoughts.

Anyway, let’s get the show on the road.

You can also check out the step-by-step training that helps me earn over $10,000+ per month working from home.

Axion Job Opportunities

ades_fraud_alert

This section will go over the entire Axion Job Opportunities page.

The top of this page offers some insight on any fraud claims.

Check out the image below for a comment I found.

This is an email message that someone received and is most likely a scammer.

ades_customer_question

If you checked out the image from the Axion website, the take away is that the company does not advertise jobs.

Also, there are proven scams out there that are “attempting to fraudulently obtain money from you.”

So it is fair to say that any scams or fraud are not on the part of Axion and you should be aware so there is no confusion.

In fact, the only legit email from Axion will have the following domain on it: @axiondata.com.

Ok, not that we have this out of the way, let’s take a look at the actual job opportunities that ADES offers.

The only online job opportunity that ADES has is the Data Entry Contractor.

There are no current job openings but you can still apply in case positions open up in the future.

Here are the minimum job requirements.

• A job based on accuracy and following directions
• A computer with either Windows or Mac
• A high speed internet connection
• A clean criminal background

The criminal background check is something that surprises me because it is an online position.

However, I think it is still important that ADES knows who is working for them.

I think this is a responsible business move.

How Much Does Axion Charge?

Remember when I told you that you can apply at Axion even though there are no job opportunities in case there is an opening?

This is not free apparently, which is something that I hope Axion will reconsider.

Here is the deal; they keep your record on file at the following rates:

$5 for 60 days
$7 for 120 days
$10 for an entire year

I personally do not recommend paying for a company to keep your electronic application on file.

I would think that a company would be more than happy to do this for free.

If there is an employee that can shed some light on the matter that would be greatly appreciated.

Who knows, it could be due to the in depth background checks.

The next section is about the job description.

What Will you Be Doing at ADES?

The good news is that if you end up getting hired at ADES, the jobs will vary from time to time.

This is nice because a change of pace is a good thing from time to time.

Most of the time you will be entering personal data from work documents into a spreadsheet.

Don’t worry, the client will provide all the details and documents.

This means that the actual job is relatively simply but I am sure there are some challenges.

Let’s see if you get compensated for all of the hard work you will be doing.

Does Axion Pay well?

Like most online data entry jobs, you get paid based on the number of documents you complete.

Their site provides a little information on the matter by saying that the wages rage from $.05 to $.10 per form.

This may not seem like much but you will be able to complete a lot of forms once you get the hang of the job.

Also, there are some forms that take an hour to complete and you get paid between $6 & $9 for the higher end jobs.

There are a few drawbacks in the payment process though.

You have to send Axion an invoice of all the jobs you complete every two weeks.

You then have to wait nearly a month to get paid.

This means that it will take you a month to get your first paycheck and from then on out, it will be a two week pay period.

The one thing I was unable to find is how they pay you.

I would assume a legit company that has been around for 20 would pay you by way of direct deposit but I can’t find any information on that.

Make sure to ask them if you are hired.

It’s kind of a big deal. Let’s see if the work schedule is flexible.

What is the Job Schedule Like?

One of the best aspects of working online is that you can make your own schedule.

This is a tradition that Axion allows most of the time but you have to get your work done.

So you should have a plan of attack if you are going to work there.

Sometimes a client might need a job expedited and if your name is called, then you need to meet the deadline.

Axion will provide you with a precise deadline.

Axion also claims that all of their data entry contractors work at least 20-30 hours a week which means there is plenty to do.

If you are going to work online for a company like Axion, then you should take advantage and get as many forms as possible.

It will only mean good things for you.

Let’s see what the BBB has to say about ADES.

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

ades_bbb_grade

This section is going to be a lot easier than normal because the second you get on the ADES website, you see the BBB Accredited Business sign on the bottom left of the page.

According to BBB ADES has a perfect grade, A+, and has been a member of BBB since 2015.

They also meet all 26 Standards of Accreditation.

You will not find many companies that have this kind of reputation to back up their claims.

In fact, this could be the reason why the company has been around for 20 years.

This is something you should always consider when looking for employment.

You should be asking yourself if the company is stable.

I mean, why get invested in a company that is going to be belly up in 6 months.

Needless to say, you don’t have to worry about that here.

Let’s look at the final verdict of ADES so we can wrap up this review.

The Final Verdict

There is no way this company is a scam.

In fact, after writing over 150 reviews, this company may have the best reputation.

I can’t seem to find anything bad about them except maybe for the fact that jobs open up sporadically.

With that being said, this is no really the fault of ADES.

If online data entry is not what you are looking for, there are other ways of making money online.

The great thing about it is that you can start a business that you are passionate about.

You just have to find out how to get started.

The only advice I can give you is to take a few minutes and watch a tutorial on YouTube or some other social media platform to point you in the right direction.

If you are looking for an example of a great training program, check out this review.

It is FREE to test out and if you feel like upgrading you can do so.

There is no risk involved whatsoever.

I hope my review of Axion Data Entry Services helped you on your journey to success.
