There are a lot of opportunities available on the internet when it comes to making money online. There are thousands of websites that offer various ways for you to do this, for example, answering surveys, downloading and testing apps, watching videos, doing freelance work, and many more.
Though there are thousands of options available, not all of them are legit or worth your time, though. A lot of these opportunities actually turn out to be a scam or just a big waste of your time and effort.
To help you avoid the opportunities that are just scams or a waste of your time, we review them and recommend which ones are worth it or not.
For this review, we’ll look at a website called Mommy Jobs Online. It’s an online company that helps people find flexible work-at-home opportunities.
They claim that the jobs you’ll find on their site are already pre-screened and are guaranteed legitimate. The amount of money you can earn will depend greatly on the job, your experience, and skills.
But is Mommy Jobs Online really a legitimate site that can help you find work-at-home opportunities or is just a scam that you should avoid?

Mommy Jobs Online Seems to Be a Legit Site to Find Work-At-Home Opportunities
Mommy Jobs Online is a professional remote contractor job board service that provides people with various work-from-home opportunities.
The site guarantees that the jobs they post on their board are pre-screened and are legit. The amount of money you can earn will depend on the job that you apply for and the skills and experience you possess.
Based on my initial research, it seems like Mommy Jobs Online is a legit site that advertises legit opportunities. You can really find legitimate work-from-home jobs from the site’s jobs board.
However, there are certain issues about this website, starting with the very steep membership fee that you’ll need to pay to gain access.
Another issue is that becoming a member doesn’t really guarantee that you will land an online job and that some of the jobs posted are no longer available.
There are also complaints that some jobs pay lower than the range that the company advertises. I’ll discuss these issues as we progress further with this review of Mommy Jobs Online.
Who Uses Mommy Jobs Online?
Mommy Jobs Online is designed for people who are looking for opportunities that will allow them to work from home.
The online company is basically a jobs board where they list the different work-from-home opportunities that you can apply for.
They guarantee that all jobs listed are pre-screened and legitimate. Once you find a job you like, you just have to apply for it and wait for the employer to contact you.
To gain access to the job listing, you need to become a member first, which is not free to do so. I’ll discuss the registration process in more detail in the next section.
I’ll also discuss in more detail how this opportunity works and how it can help you.
How Does Mommy Jobs Online Work?
Mommy Jobs Online is an online jobs board where you can find different work-from-home opportunities that you can apply for.
You just need to choose the job category that fits well with your experience and skill set and apply to the different jobs available in that category.
To gain access to the list of available jobs, you need to become a member first. Membership to Mommy Jobs Online is not free, though, as there’s a one-time registration fee that you need to pay.
If you’re only looking to access one job bank category, you only need to pay a one-time fee of $85. But if you want access to all job bank categories available, you need to pay $210.
Mommy Jobs Online has 5 different job bank categories, the Transcription category, the Medical Coding category, the Customer Service category, the Clerical – Administrative category, and the Professional category.
The site also lists the possible salary range that you can expect from each category. Based on the range that the company has, the lowest salary you can expect is $10 per hour, while the highest is $90 per hour.
This will greatly depend on the kind of job you are applying for and the skills and experience you possess. Mommy Jobs Online says that a lot of the jobs they post don’t require a degree/diploma or previous work experience.
After paying for your chosen category, expect to get your job link within 24 hours. Once you get it, the next step is to select the job that you want and apply directly to the employer’s website.
Mommy Jobs Online also provides you the option to become an internal agent, which means you can work for them and they will also provide you with some training. This option will cost you $85.
The company has a variety of positions available and you can work 2 to 3 of them at a time, based on your availability, experience, and skills.
You just need to complete and pass the company’s satisfactory verification contractor background check to be accepted into the job you applied for.
The beauty of applying for them directly is that you are still given the choice to select one job bank category that you can view to see if there are also other positions that you would like to apply for.
What People Are Saying about Mommy Jobs Online?
The reviews about Mommy Jobs Online have been mixed, with many people saying a lot of positive things about the website.
They deem it a great site that allowed them to find good work-from-home opportunities that have decent pay.
Not everyone, though, have had a pleasant experience with Mommy Jobs Online, as there are also a lot of people who have had issues with this opportunity.
One of the common issues about this site is that membership is not free. The online company charges as $85 or $210, depending on the membership that you get.
Though this is just a one-time fee, it is still a steep price to pay just to get access to their job listings.
There is also the fact that a lot of the work opportunities you can find there can be found online for free. The site really doesn’t provide anything new or special.
Mommy Jobs Online says in their FAQs page that finding and pre-screening online jobs is time consuming, which is why they charge a one-time fee to their members.
Another common issue I found is that getting a job is not guaranteed. You still have to apply for the jobs listed there and undergo the hiring process of the company you’re applying to.
This means you are not guaranteed to get the job, as this is the employer’s decision. This is not usually an issue, but it doesn’t help that the money you have spent only gives you a chance to apply.
A lot of members are complaining that they’ve applied for a lot of jobs but they have yet to hear anything from the employers. This makes them feel that they have wasted their money.
Then, there are also those who complain that some of the jobs listed are no longer available. It would be helpful if the company double checked the job lists regularly to see if they are still available or not.
There are also a lot of complaints about low pay, which means the salary range that Mommy Jobs Online provides in the jobs bank categories is not accurate.
It probably would be better if they just didn’t provide a range in the first place, so people won’t have a certain expectation.
What I Like about Mommy Jobs Online
Now that we know what Mommy Jobs Online is and what it can offer, it’s time to discuss what I like about this opportunity.
- One of the things that I like about Mommy Jobs Online is that they have a lot of jobs listed in the different categories. This means that you will have a lot of jobs to choose from when you become a member, providing you with a lot of opportunities to work-from-home.
- Another good thing about Mommy Jobs Online is that membership is for life. This means that after registering and paying the membership fee, you can always log in to your account and find online jobs, as long as the company still exists.
Of course, not everything about Mommy Jobs Online is good, as there are also a lot of things about this opportunity that I don’t really like.
What I Dislike about Mommy Jobs Online
- The first thing that I don’t like about Mommy Jobs Online is that membership is not free. You have to spend money to get access to the job lists. The price you have to pay is not cheap, as you’ll need to spend at least $85 just to get access to the job bank categories. Getting access to all of them will cost you $210.
- Another thing that I didn’t like about Mommy Jobs Online is that they only provide you the job lists and nothing more. Applying and getting accepted into a job is all up to you. It would be better if being a member provided you with the added privilege or benefit of being prioritized by the company you apply to, or at least provide assurance that you’d get contacted for an initial screening.
- I also don’t like that a lot of the jobs listed will pay below Mommy Job Online’s advertised pay range. When you apply for a job, you are likely going to expect to get paid within the range that the company advertised. You’d think that since they pre-screened the job, they’d know how much you can make. But a lot of members are complaining that they’re getting pay way below the advertised range.
Do I Recommend Mommy Jobs Online?
After learning more about Mommy Jobs Online and what it can really bring to the table, I can say that this is an opportunity that I don’t really recommend.
Yes, the company does have a lot of jobs listed and in different categories. But that is probably the only real positive I can find about this opportunity.
Access to this job list is not free and it is not cheap either. It’s also important to note that this is only a list and not a guarantee that you will get accepted into the job.
You still have to apply like everyone else and will also be under the mercy of the company hiring. So, if they don’t find your profile appealing, they just choose to ignore you.
The jobs list itself is not enough to justify spending at least $85 just to gain access to them. Mommy Jobs Online should offer more than just a list of jobs and some training to justify charging that kind of money.
This is why I don’t recommend this opportunity, there are a lot of better opportunities out there that will provide you with better value.
