The Qriket app launched in 2010 by founders Mark Muralla and Jonathan Comparelli in Ontario, Canada. The app is designed to allow people to play spin the wheel for a chance to earn some money.
The spins that you can do are limited, but you can earn more spins by watching an ad, which usually lasts for 15 to 30 seconds. Once you’re able to reach the minimum cash out requirement, you can withdraw via PayPal.
Based on what the Qriket app promises and on my initial impression of it, I can say that the app is somewhat legit, in that your money will really be credited to your account if you win.
I didn’t say it is completely legit because there seems to be some issues with members getting their money via PayPal after reaching the minimum amount.
Some wait weeks before getting their money, while others waited for months before they received it. There are some who are still waiting for it, making it hard to completely label this as a legit opportunity.
As for the earnings, the minimum requirement to cash out is $25 and it seems that members are able to reach that threshold in a month, as long as the app is played regularly.
Who Uses the Qriket App?
The Qriket app is designed for two types of people, with one being the advertisers who are looking to increase the reach of their advertisements.
The other group are people like you who are looking for ways to make some money online. For advertisers, the app gives them an opportunity to get people to view their ads.
Members of the app are given a limited number of spins and one of the ways they can earn more spins is by viewing ads. So, advertisers are assured that there will be people viewing their ads with this app.
The beauty of the Qriket app is that it will be showing ads that are relevant for each country, so they won’t show an ad designed for U.S. residents to members living in China and so on.
For people like you, the app provides a fun and simple way to possibly make some money online. By just playing spin the wheel, you have a chance to win some money.
You will just have to contend with a limited number of spins, disallowing you to play spin the wheel unlimited times. You can earn more spins, though, and that is by watching ads.

How Do You Make Money with the Qriket App?

You have 1 chance to win $500, $1, $0.50, $0.25, and $0.1, 3 chances to get 1 spin or win $0.05, and 4 chances to win 2 spins or get the ‘Sorry’ slot.
Playing the spin the wheel game is not free, as it will cost you 3 spins or $0.05 per spin. Once you run out of spins, you can get more by viewing ads. The ads are as short as 5 seconds and as long as 30 seconds.
Some ads can be closed after 5 seconds, while some ads will require you to completely watch it. You will be given 1 spin for each ad that you watch.
Aside from the regular spin the wheel game, the Qriket app also has a live game, where you have the chance to win as high as $1,200. Joining the live game will cost you 5 spins.
There are 10 rounds in a live game and once it begins, you just need to choose between Blue and Gold. But before each round begins, the app will spin the Points Wheel to see how many points you can earn if you win the round.
The Qriket live game is just basically a live spin the wheel and if the wheel lands on the color that you chose, you will win the number of points that the round will offer.
If it lands on a color with a bonus, you win the extra bonus as well. At the end of the 10th round, the people with the highest points will win. The 1st prize is $1,200, 2nd prize is $600, and 3rd prize is $200.
If you don’t reach the top 3, you will still have a chance to win, as another spin the wheel will be played at the end of the live game to see how much of a consolation prize participants will win.
The minimum cash out to get your money is $25 and Qriket only pays via PayPal. Registering is easy, you just need to download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Once you have downloaded it, you need to sign up, which you can do via Facebook or email. Once registered, you can start playing and you will begin with 25 spins available.
What I Liked about the Qriket App
Now that we know more about the Qriket app and how it works, it’s time to talk about what I liked about the opportunity that the app provides.
- The first thing that I like about the Qriket app is that the winnings you can get are in cash and not in points or credits that you can redeem for gift cards or other prizes. There’s nothing wrong with getting gift cards or other forms of rewards, but cash will always be king.
- I also liked that the Qriket app provides a very simple way of making money. You will only need to play spin the wheel and then have a chance to win as high as $500. No need to do anything special or work to get the money.
- It’s free to register and play the game. You don’t spend any money to register on the app or to play the game. You will just need to watch ads to earn more spins to use, so there’s no need for you to spend real money on this app.
What I Didn’t like about the Qriket App
Of course, there are also things that I don’t like about the app, which I will discus here.
- Probably the first thing that I didn’t like about the Qriket app is that earning money is not guaranteed. I have played the spin the wheel game more than 10 times and I have yet to land on the slot where I win some money. So there’s a possibility that you could be playing for hours and not win any money.
- There’s no other way for you to make money with this website except to play the spin the wheel game. This means that you will really have to play the game a while in order to really get a chance to make money with this app.
- I also didn’t like that there have been a lot of reports from members that they have yet to receive their money, even after months of waiting. Qriket mentioned in their FAQs page that it will take 6 to 8 business days before they are able to process the payment and send it to your PayPal account, but since some members waited longer to get their money or are still waiting, it seems the company’s business model is not that sustainable.
Do I Recommend the Qriket App?
Based on what I’ve learned about the app and my experience on it, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone, especially if your goal is to make money online.
Even if the app is not experiencing any delay problems with its payments, I still wouldn’t recommend this opportunity.
I believe it is a complete waste of time, as there’s no guarantee that you will really earn money here. Yes, you will have a chance to win big, but relying on chance alone is not a good way to make money online.
This is no different to gambling or playing the lottery, the only difference here is that you will be paying with your time and not your money just to get that chance.
As for the $25 a month earning, I don’t think that is really possible unless you spend a really long time playing the game or are very lucky. So if you’re looking for an opportunity to make money, the Qriket app is not the one you’re looking for.
