Company: BzzAgent
Website: www.bzzagent.com
CEO: Simon Hay
Verdict: Legit but…
Welcome to my 3rd party review of BzzAgent (BA)!
I am pleased that you found my review and are willing to take the time to read it.
I recommend reading the entire review because there is valuable information throughout the entire thing.
If you are reading this review I can already tell that you are willing to research an online business opportunity before blindly joining it.
This is one of the best choices you can make because some companies are scams and others may be a waste of your time and effort.
Either way, you want to know what you are getting yourself into before you jump in head first.
I would like to start out by stating that I have ZERO affiliation with any of the companies I review.
This should be music to your ears because this means you don’t have to sit through another sales pitch and you know there is no conflict of interest.
You will find a wide array of information in this review including a brief section on background info and leadership.
I will then explain how the business works and what services or products they provide you.
I will then take a look at the Better Business Bureau’s database to see if there is any information available such as complaints or reviews.
I will also provide you a section that provides my persona insight on the company.
Remember, the final decision is all on your shoulders, so take the information for what it is and make the best one you can.
There are millions of online business opportunities, I am simply trying to help you see BA for what it is; nothing more, nothing less.

BzzAgent: How Does it Work and Who is Running the Show?
Here is what their website says they are.
“We’re an international network of consumers who voluntarily participate in word-of-mouth (WOM) campaigns for a variety of products and services. Basically, we’re a community of communicators!”
Here is what I gathered from my research.
BA is a site where you test products and share your opinion by reviewing it.
What this means is that you get to test out some great products, if you are chosen, and then provide feedback that is seen by others.
You may still have some questions and for good reason.
This company makes no guarantees that you will be able to test out the products at all.
Which means it could end up being a complete waste of time and effort.
With that being said, I can confirm that the company is not a scam.
Any complaints I came across were directly due to this aspect of the company.
The other issue I have with BA is the fact that you cannot make any money by signing up or testing out products.
So if you want to find other ways of making money online, I would suggest affiliate marketing.
I will get more into that later in the review.
For now, let’s stick to the BA review.
The last thing I want to mention about how the company works has everything to do with the power of human interaction.
This company has based its entire business model on using anecdotal communication and real experiences with people testing out real products.
It claims to be a global pioneer and I am sure it does help people out in the long run.
Now let’s talk briefly about the leadership of the company.
On their website, they say that a man named Simon Hay is the Chief Executive.
On the BBB database, they state that the President is Mr. David Balter.
This is quite possible because there is an U.S. division and a European division.
Either way, the company has been in business for 15 years and this does not happen of the company is a scam.
This is a great sign for those of you that want to know if the company is legit or not.
Does the Membership Cost You Anything?
The short answer to this question is NO.
The membership process may be long and complex but there are no hidden fees to worry about here.
This is great because there are very few things in this world that are for free but you could potentially be testing out high end products for free.
All you have to do is provide some background information and apply online.
The BzzAgent Code of Conduct
Like any company, there are rules to follow and BA is not different.
Here is a link for the entire Code of Conduct, if you care to read the entire thing.
I will go over the first few tenants of the code and leave the rest up to you.
A NATURAL COMMUNICATOR
You should be yourself when you are reviewing the products.
You want to come off as authentic and sounding like a robot doesn’t help anyone.
You want your opinion to be engaging and real.
This means that you don’t want to sound like a sales pitch because people will shut you out instantly.
You also don’t want to spam strangers with your online testimonies.
No one wants to deal with that and it makes your review lose credibility.
HONEST
The whole premise of doing this is to be completely honest.
You want to be object and point out the good and bad things about the products.
The easiest way to do this is to create a PROS & CONS list of each product you review.
This way people take you seriously.
If you make comments like “product X was perfect and I recommend it to everyone,” people may not think you are being honest.
MINDFUL
Sometimes you don’t have to say or do much in order to make a big impact.
This is why you need to be constantly sending messages about the product to people that may be close to you. So act professional at all times.
Ok, this is enough about the Code of Conduct. If you want to read the entire list, use the link I provided above.
Now let’s talk about the BBB database.
Better Business Bureau (BBB)
Right off the bat, you get a great sign that the company is legit.
The BBB thinks that BA deserves an A+, which should not be taken lightly.
This means that the company has done due diligence in keeping its complaints down and following up with customers that are having issues.
It is always a good thing to see a company taking care of their customers.
The only downfall is the fact that there are 2 reviews in the BBB database, and they are both negative.
Let’s see what they are all about.
This is not a good look.
The company is starting to take some hits and if you are planning on becoming an agent for this company you should look out for this kind of stuff.
Look for people to take advantage of the fact that you are taking time out of your day to review the products and you might get reprimanded for it; so much for their code of being honest.
Let’s take a look at the second complaint.
Yup, just as I suspected.
Both of the complaints have some similarities and the company seems to be poor at treating their agents with respect.
This is not what you want to see, especially considering you can’t make money from the company.
Look, if I was making a few hundred bucks for reviewing a product, then I could take the bad with the good, but you are doing this with your spare time.
Getting treated this way is something that I don’t do for free.
The Final Verdict
This is a no brainer.
There is no way that BA is a scam.
The company has been around since 2002 and it is fairly good reputation.
I have provided you with a few complaints but some people have had great experiences with the company so take them for what they are.
If this company is not what you are looking for, then maybe you should think about creating your own online business.
I know what you may be thinking.
If you don’t know how to get started, there are thousands of free online tutorials on YouTube.
If you are looking for an example of this, check out this review.
They have a great reputation and there is no risk involved by joining.
I hope this review helped you out in some way.
