You probably found it because someone approached you with a business opportunity.

Or you could have seen something on the internet, like an advertisement on a social media app.

Either way, you need help determining if Essante Organics is a legitimate business opportunity or if it is a scam.

I am here to provide you with all of the essential information so that you can make an educated decision.

I am not here to sway your opinion, I let the review do the talking and provide you with facts.

An Essante Organics Overview

A man named Michael Wenniger founded Essante Organics in 2009.

It operates within the health and wellness corporate structure with an MLM option.

The company is headquartered in Arizona.

Before he started Essante Organics, Wenniger made his millions in another business venture but I was unable to get clarification on exactly what that venture was.

I’m a bit surprised at this because every review had the claim that he was a successful businessman before creating EO.

Not sure why this information would be so difficult to find.

Products

There are 5 main categories of Essante Organics products. They are, Body Care, Facial Care, Hair Care, Oral Care & Packs. I will provide a handful of products from each category to give you an idea of what they sell.

Body Care

• USDA Organic Deodorant .6 OZ – $25.93
• Handmade Body Bar Soap 3.25 OZ – $15.60
• Sweet & Shower Gel 8 OZ – $18.52

Facial Care

• USDA Organic Lip Balm .15 OZ – $3.90
• Vitamin C Facial Cleanser 4 OZ – $31.85
• Rejuvenate Moisturizer 2 OZ – $29.90

Hair Care

• Mangoberry Shampoo 8.5 OZ – $23.40
• Nourishmint Hair Conditioner 8.5 OZ – $31.20
• Restore Leave-In Hair Serum 1 OZ – $27.30

Oral Care

• USDA Organic Lip Balm .15 OZ – $3.90
• Sparkle Toothpaste Polish 5.5 OZ – $11.70
• 25 Sparkle Packets .06 OZ – $24.63

As you can see there is plenty of variety in their product but I don’t think you will find many customers that will pay $25 for a stick of deodorant, organic or not.

Compensation Plan

Essante Organics’ compensation plan is pretty straight forward. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it. Yes, you get paid for moving product and becoming an affiliate. But, you have to recruit and the requirements to move up in rank are a bit suspect. At any rate, here is the compensation plan.

There are 6 ways to get paid:

1 Retail Sales – 30% Paid Every Week. No Limit.

You receive 30% Retail Commission, which is pre-programmed into all of the product you sell via your e-commerce site. You will never have to track inventory. If you reach 75 points every month, you get $225 in residual bonuses.

2 Below Wholesale Pack(BWP) Sales – $50/$100 Paid Every Week. No Limit.

Essante Organics will pay you $50 for every $199 BWP you sell. They will give you $100 for every $499 personal sales.

3 $500 Express Gold Bonus – 1 Time Bonus. Only Available in 1^st 30 Days. Must Submit Form.

There are two requirements in order to get this bonus. You can become a Silver and enroll 2 people; 1 for your left team and 1 for your right team. They must reach the 75 point plateau.

You must also enroll 4 Silvers.

4 Team Bonus – You Get 10% Paid Every Week. No Limit.

5 Matching Bonus (100%) – You Get Between 25%-100% Paid Every Week. No Limit.

• Silver Execs.: 25%
• Gold Execs.: 50%
• Platinum Execs.: 100%

6 Expansion Bonus – 1% of all sales within each country is shared between 50 Executives. Paid Every Year.

This is known as the race bonus because only the first 50 executives receive the bonus.

If you are #51, you miss out on the bonus.

I think that the compensation plan is relatively competitive.

However, I have two points I would like to make. It does not seem very team friendly which means you will have to live and die by personal recruitment.

Also, you have to become an executive to take advantage of all the bonuses.

This can take time and there are plenty of similar MLMs that offer the same bonuses for non executives.

Things I liked

I like how this company produces its own 100% certified organic and toxic free product line.

The prices of their product are reasonable although some of the packages can get pricey.

Organic products have become very popular over the past decade and it seems like Essante Organics has taken advantage of this niche.

With that being said, this does not necessarily mean that your wallet is going to get fatter.

There is a lot of work involved and you need to recruit in order to make money.

Another aspect of Essante Organics that I like is that you can start up instantly and at an affordable rate.

Some MLMs are like EO or at least similar but you never want to get involved with a company that is asking for huge sums of money unless you know exactly what you are doing.

For example, if you are well trained in recruiting and lead generating, then you can invest in an MLM that charges you thousands of dollars.

In fact you can make tons of money. However, you don’t have to worry about huge sums of money with Essante Organics.

You also never have to worry about inventory. You focus on selling and recruiting and let EO worry about delivery and inventory.

This is something that most people look for if they are willing to start an online business.

Things I Didn’t Like

After reading this entire review I hope you take away at least this one point.

The vast majority of people that fail at MLMs and marketing product is due to the lack of generating leads; the statistics are overwhelming.

Since Essante Organics depends heavily on lead generating, you can see where the trouble lies.

Believe it or not, there are online business opportunities that do not require recruiting.

If you do not possess lead generating skills, you will most likely fail.

My last comment isn’t meant to discourage you from joining Essante Organics or any MLM for that matter.

It is simply a way for you to do some personal reflection and see if you want to improve your chances at success.

The Final Verdict

Anyone calling Essante Organics a scam is crazy.

Yes, they have their faults but what company doesn’t?

They have a huge selection of products and they provide a compensation plan that is fairly competitive.

The only reason that I have doubt about the company is the simple fact that it is so recruitment heavy in regards to the way you get paid.

In the end, I recommend this company for consideration but I want to you think about your skill-set.

If you are well versed in recruiting and lead generating, go for it.

If not, you may have trouble and it could turn out to be a waste of time and money for you.
