Welcome to my honest review of JM Ocean Avenue Review.
Many people are talking about this company and for good reason…
I’m assuming that the reason you are reading this article is because you are doing research to see if it is a legit business opportunity.
First off, I want to congratulate you on doing the right thing.
One of the biggest issues with MLMs & network companies is that people dive in head first without knowing a thing about the company.
Doing extensive research allows people to find out what the company is all about and if you can actually earn money doing it.
Here is the good news; I am going to provide you with all of the information you need to make an informed decision.
The bad news is that I have rarely recommended a health and wellness niche MLM because the products are not backed by real science and the product is rarely the focus of the company.
This means that the recruiting aspect is the real focus on the company.
This is a dangerous practice and complicates things immensely.
Ok, before I get too sidetracked, I want to remind you to pay close attention to the entire review because some of the information I provide will come to you as a complete surprise.

A JM Ocean Avenue Overview
This company was originally known as Ocean Avenue and was founded by Ken Dunn and Fred Ninow.
In 2012, the company was officially listed as Ocean Avenue LLC and had over 10 thousand distributors and was offered in 10 countries.
In 2015, the company merged with JM International and is headed by Joe Zhou.
This merger was done in order to expand the company into a worldwide company located on 6 continents.
Products & Services
This section of the review is going to be a little different than my normal list of products and descriptions.
After being redirected to a fake website several times, I finally found a website that listed all of JM Ocean
Avenue products and to be perfectly honest, I was immediately turned off.
Take a look at the JM Alpha Spin.
I recommend reading this description and pay attention to the details of the site.
This is the biggest hoax I have ever seen because there is literally nothing in the scientific world that backs up their claims.
For example, here is one of JM’s claims about the Alpha Spinner: “By placing AlphaSpin on the Palm of the hand, then do counterclockwise motions, will improve blood circulation and eliminating energy blockade.”
Ok, here is something I want you to picture.
Go ahead and close your eyes for a minute and picture yourself providing a potential customer with this information and trying to sell them an Alpha Spinner.
What do you think their reaction will be if you tell them that this product can help them with younger looking skin, better blood circulation and aligning your electromagnetic field?
The only thing I can picture is the customer laughing so hard that they have to sit down.
Guys, if you can find an article from the World Health Organization or National Health Service, I’ll be more than happy to eat crow.
But that is not going to happen so…
Look it is bad enough that all of these health and wellness niche MLMs try to sell you magic pills or potions to improve your health, but this is taking it to another level all together.
Compensation Plan
In this section I will provide a basic layout of the compensation plan. At the end of the compensation plan section, I will provide a direct link the pdf version of their plan.
2 Ways To Get Started With JM Ocean Avenue:
1. You can join the program as a Wholesale Customer

12 Rank JM Ocean Avenue System w/ Requirements

6. Ruby Ambassador
7. Emerald Ambassador

9. Double Diamond Ambassador
10. Triple Diamond Ambassador
11. Presidential Diamond Ambassador
12. Presidential Diamond Ambassador(2)
There are a few problems I see with compensation plan even though there are so many ways to make money.
First of all, the plan is not very newbie friendly because of the massive requirements in the ranking system.
So this means that the people that got involved in the very beginning are making all the money while the low ranks and wholesalers are stuck making pennies.
This also forces people to act like door to door sales(wo)men.
This is an archaic system and I see nothing revolutionary about the compensation plan.
What makes the process even more frustrating is that the only real money to be made is through the recruitment process and that is something that so many people fail at.
95% of all MLMs that focus on recruitment fail…SERIOUSLY.
Since there is so much information to process, here is the pdf version of the JM Ocean Avenue Compensation Plan so you can check it out for yourself.
Things I Don’t Like About JM Ocean Avenue
There are so many things I do not like about JM Ocean Avenue but I will try to limit it to just a few.
First of all, I have read several other reviews to see what people are saying about the company. Not a single official website URL worked.
This is a sign that the company could no longer be available or it was shutdown.
Take a look at this article from Vietnam Breaking News, title, “MLM Companies To Submit Reports Before July 15.”
Here is a taste at what you are dealing with: “Hanoi’s Department of Industry and Trade requested the closure of eight MLM companies.
Their business licenses had expired but they had not ceased conducting business.”
JM Ocean Avenue was included in this list of companies that must shutdown immediately, and the order to shutdown was mandatory by July 15, 2016.
This may be a great explanation of why the websites are down and you are redirected to another site completely.
The next problem I have is that the company is focusing primarily on the recruitment side to generate revenue and shoving garbage products in the face of customers.
I already addressed the Alpha Spin and to be perfectly honest, JM Ocean Avenue should be ashamed of themselves.
All of their products and health claims are nothing more than the classic snake oil scam that has been around for centuries.
There is nothing substantial about the claims and all of the products are nothing revolutionary.
The only thing I can find, in regards to reviews of the products, are testimonies from actual distributors.
The crazy thing about this is that some of the people making the claims aren’t even medical doctors.
How is this even legal?
No wonder they are being forced to shut down in some countries and the company fails immediately after the merger.
The Final Verdict
Ok, so here it is the conclusion of my JM Ocean Avenue review.
I don’t think I have to say it again but I cannot recommend this company to you or anyone for that matter.
Even if you have exceptional recruiting skills, this company is most likely already closed down for legal reason or will be soon.
When the merger of Ocean Avenue and JM International took place, something drastically changed.
A huge clue to this change is because all of the old leadership of the company immediately jumped ship and created a new MLM.
This is not a good sign and the affiliates were the ones left with the check.
This is not a way to run a business and any company created by these clowns in the future should be avoided.
This is just my 2 cents and I hope people listen.
If you want to check out a legit company with a world renowned training program then read this review.
It is a great company and you can even give it a try for FREE.
It is my #1 recommended site, and for good reason.

Hi,
I am a JMOA Distributor. The company said they were buying shares from Nasdaq and asked us the distributors to buy shares from JMOA which they refered to as JMAX Shares. Please can you help by checking if JMOA really bought Nasdaq Shares.
