Welcome to my 3rd party review of Lulu Avenue!
Before I get started I’d like to tell you that I have absolutely no affiliation with the companies I review.
This ensures that all of the information I provide will not try to get you to buy something or look at it in a biased manner.
Look it’s simple really, you want to know if you can make money with this program and by the end of the review, you will be able to decide whether or not Lulu Avenue is meant for you or not.
I will not recommend a MLM to you because I feel that will take away from the power of my free advice.
I will simply provide the facts to you and give you an opportunity to make the right decision for you.
This will include a company background check via an overview.
Then, I will give a brief introduction to the product line and compensation plan.
After these sections I will provide you with a link to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
I will then take it to the people that have experience with this company and try and find a good balance between positive and negative comments.
This may be hard because there seems to be a heavily weighted ration of bad comments in comparison to good comments but we will see how it all pans out in the end.
I guess what I’m trying to point out is that most MLMs fail and therefore, most MLMers fails for a few specific reasons.
You can also check out the step-by-step training that helps me earn over $10,000+ per month working from home.

Lulu Avenue Overview – What is the Company?
There are several main MLM niches and the jewelry industry is one of the more popular ones.
This is a niche that has provided a lot of people with business opportunities in the past and does well from time to time depending on the strength of the market.
With that being said, this does not mean that all jewelry niche MLMs are legitimate or provide quality products.
The only way those two things can happen is if the company offers affordable & quality products and a strong compensation plan to back it up.
It would be great to see a compensation plan that focused on products rather than the recruitment game but more on that in the later sections of the review.
Lulu Avenue was founded in 2011 by Charles and Corvald.
Let’s take a look at the product line to see if they provide a great product that you can actually market.
Lulu Avenue Products
As I have said before, products are crucial to a successful business. Here is a list of products that Lulu Avenue offers.
BRACELETS
• Bangles
• Cuff
• Leathers
• Links & Beads
EARRINGS
• Drop & Chandelier
• Hoops
• Studs
NECKLACES/CHAINS
RINGS
There are many options to choose from but I noticed something on their website that shows some serious signs of trouble.
Check out the image below.
The following is only based on opinion but I must say, I have never seen an MLM with a 90% sale across the sale.
It is most likely due to the company trying to get rid of all of its inventory and closing down.
This is warning sign that cannot simply be ignored.
If you are an affiliate, get out now and get involved in a training program that allows you to create your own business.
That is really all I can say because this kind of liquidation sales is unprecedented and means imminent death to this company.
Compensation Plan
The first thing to cover is the fact that you really need to purchase a starter kit to sell products.
There is something called the Essentials Kit and it costs $199 and comes with $800+ retail value worth of products.
The catch is this; you have to see it all at the suggested retail value in order to make any money.
What the company doesn’t want you to know is that there is a lot of work involved and people rarely sell of the products in the kit.
This means that you spend $199 but have to move a lot of product to make that money back.
Now, let’s get to the money making opportunity and see if it is worth your time and money.
WAYS TO MAKE MONEY
1. Retail Commission
2. Coaching Commissions
3. Recruiting Bonuses
This is one of the weakest compensation plans that I have ever seen because there are only a few ways to make money.
Yet again, recruiting is the only way to make serious money and even then, you have to see truckloads of product to make a decent wage with retail commissions.
This is a slippery slope and that is probably the main reason they are offering liquidation sales at the moment.
Let’s see where it all goes but at this point, it is not looking good for Lulu Avenue.
Better Business Bureau (BBB)
As you can see with the image above, BBB still rates this company as an A+.
Although this means some good things, it is a bureau that grades based on how a company resolves customer issues.
So at least Lulu Avenue is good at something.
The other thing I would like to bring up is that I usually try and provide a balance between negative and positive comments but there are no positive remarks that I can locate with my usual sources.
Believe me I tried.
This first customer is frustrated because he has gotten the classic run around when trying to get their products repaired.
They keep telling the customer that they will walk down to the repair shop and provide some sort of feedback but then never return a call.
This happens far too often with MLMs and there is real explanation given besides…wait.
Ok, I’m going to let this comment speak for itself.
There are multiple issues with this customer and clearly Lulu Avenue is sending a message that customer satisfaction is second to profit.
At least it provides the optics for such assumptions.
Things I Don’t Like About Lulu Avenue
This will be a short list of things people need to be wary about before joining Lulu Avenue.
First of all, buying a starter kit for $200 seems a bit overboard based on the fact that you would have to move a lot of product to make that money back.
It suggests that the value of the product is suggested retail when in fact, the market dictates value and not a company’s suggestion.
Second, this company seems to have adopted this 20th century American capitalism theory that economies are based on supply rather than demand.
Great you get tons of product for buying a starter kit, but just because I get a lot of product with it doesn’t mean I am going to be able to sell it all.
It seems like a lot of the product will be stocked up in your garage before long.
The next topic is the fact that there are issues with the compensation plan.
I have see some plans with at least 15 different ways of making money.
In this case, there are only a few ways to make money and it seems like that is too few.
I mean, I don’t need to have car bonuses or anything superficial like that…but I want multiple ways to make money that are not all based on how many people you recruit.
This brings me to my next complaint that happens to be about all MLMs.
I want an MLM that is not based on recruitment.
Do you realize that over 90% of the affiliates in all MLMs across the board make $0.
Ya, it’s true. Why won’t any Income Disclosure Statements be released for Lulu Avenue?
Because that would blow the whole “MLMs are great businesses” narrative right down the drain.
There are so many other ways to make money online but hey, what do I know, I’m just someone that has read over 50 reviews of the company and searched for any positive feedback and found none.
This is commonplace among 3rd party reviewers.
The Final Verdict
Ok, I have been pretty harsh on this company and they seem to be doing a few things right but MLMs are seen as a scam for legitimate reasons.
Most of them don’t last over a few years and there are so many pop-up scams which cause serious damage to the credibility of other MLMs.
What you have to understand is that a legitimate business generates all revenue from outside sources known as customers.
MLMs including Lulu Avenue generate the majority of its revenue from affiliates, otherwise known as employees.
This means that MLMs by definition are all pyramid scams to a certain extent.
The only reason they are legitimate is because government caucuses protect direct selling and MLM rights by providing little to no restrictions.
I would highly recommend you find an online training program to help you gain the right skill set to succeed with an online business.
There are plenty of them out there but here is an example that I found while doing research online.
Check out this review. It is free so there is absolutely ZERO risk involved.
I hope this review helped you on your path to finding the right online business opportunity for you.
