You may have been intrigued about the hype surrounding this company and wanted to figure out what it was all about.

The bottom line is that you want to know if you can make money with Mannatech and you have the right to know everything about the company before you choose to join.

In this section I will do a basic overview of the company, which is what Mannatech would like you to know.

Then I will follow it up with some shady history that Mannatech wishes would be buried.

First of all, Mannatech is a massive MLM that has been around since 1993.

It was founded by a man named Samuel L. Caster and it is headquartered out of Coppell, Texas.

It is an international company open in around 30 countries.

You see, this is the type of information that Mannatech would love foryou to see and then move along without knowing the many shady things that have happened throughout its long tenure.

When you have Oxford writing articles about your products and medical claims, you know you are doing something wrong.

What it seems like to me is that the religious zealots like the Cruz family are taking advantage of people dumb enough to believe in quack medicine and snake oil schemes.

The company is followed by constant legal interaction and the founder is banned from working at the company.

I don’t even know what to say.

It seems like the best option is to find a less complicated online business opportunity.

I mean, who the heck would want to invest all of their time and money into a company that could be shutdown or under investigation at the drop of a hat.

Anyway, please take my warning seriously because I have never seen a MLM with more legal trouble than Manntech.

Mannatech Products

Besides leadership, quality and marketable products are the most important part of a company.

Without it, the company is doomed.

We already know that the leadership and background of Mannatech is subpar, let’s see if the product line is any better.

It is clear that the company is a health and wellness niche MLM that seems to provide decent products considering they offer a 6 month money back guarantee.

That is actually really promising but I would imagine they have some sort of loophole or poor customer satisfaction in regards to customer returns.

But before that, we need to see what the compensation plan has to offer.

It is so important to know exactly how you are getting paid and if there are any loopholes.

This sounds like a lot right guys! Yes it is a lot of ways to get paid but you can’t get paid 18 different ways at the same time.

You can only get paid about half of the bonuses at once.

Most of the bonuses are reserved for the top 1% and that is crazy considering only a 5% or less of all distributors make money.

At any rate, it seems that they are forgetting to tell you the real story.

Yet another reason to show reservations for this company is because so many people fail because the company shows no signs of support for newbies.

This is sad but true.

I have a feeling if they released an Income Disclosure Statement we would see the real stats.

With all of this being said, you really should take a look at exactly how all of the compensation plan works.

You will also know what to look for when you are researching future potential online business opportunities.

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

As you can see the image above, Mannatech has a great grade from BBB.

It seems like no one of the past interactions with the law have surely provided the kinds of information that will taint its reputation for a long time.

Look, if you joined the company when it first came out, I would say great, you made some money.

But if you are just getting into the game, sorry there is little to no room to make a steady income.

Let’s take a look at some things that make me cringe when it comes to MLMs including Mannatech.

Things I Don’t Like About Mannatech

To be honest, I have already touched upon many things that should instantly disqualify Mannatech as a potential online business opportunity.

However, there is one more that I would like to bring forward and that is about the price and fees to become a distributor.

First of all, you need to buy a basic membership or $48 and then buy a pack.

Here is the following choices you have.

Basic Pack – $99 to $169
All-Star Pack – $499
Premium All-Star Pack – $999

What bothers me the most is the not the expensive starting prices.

It is the fact that the better pack you purchase, the more you can potentially make via the compensation plan.

This sets you up for some sort of pay for play scheme that reeks.

Everyone that thinks one package is different than the other is severely mistaken.

The only different is the fact that you get paid more if you are a recruiting beast.

If you are a newbie, you will have no clue where to start and end up quitting after a few months.

You see, these MLMs make it seem like it is a get rich quick situation but the reality is much different.

Building a strong downline takes years, so good luck with all of that.

The Final Verdict

Ok, I have been extremely hard on Mannatech and rightfully so.

How many times is the government going to allow this company to sell products based on false claims.

Maybe the government will come to their senses but I doubt it considering Mannatech has been around since 1993.

I hope you now realize that MLMs are not worth your time and effort.

I would strongly recommend staying away from all of them but definitely this one.

There are so many issues that are kept away from the public eye.

The best thing you can do is to invest your time in a training program that teaches you how to create your own online business.
