Company: GoodLife USA
Website: goodlifeusa.com
Founders: Mark Seyforth and Edward Dovner
Welcome, and I am glad you found my review of GoodLife USA.
There is a good chance that you heard about this company through social media or through someone close to you.
I always like to see people take online business opportunities seriously and the fact that you found my review means that you are doing your research.
This is the most important step in finding the right MLM for you.
There are so many out there and no matter what your experience or skills are, there is one for you.
Be patient and keep your eyes peeled for suspicious warning signs.
I think it is important to let you know that there are thousands of people that join a MLM based on hype and this causes problems down the road.
Maybe because the MLM was nothing like they thought it was going to be.
I am not an affiliate of any of the businesses I review or recommend, so you can be sure that the information and analysis is completely objective.
I call it like I see it.

A GoodLIfe USA Overview
GoodLife USA was founded by Mark Seyforth and Edward Dovner and also happen to be the CEO and partner.
GoodLife USA are part of the travel niche of MLMs and are headquartered in Florida, USA.
After doing extensive research on both of the founders, I noticed that Seyforth has quite a MLM background and Dovner is a bit of a mystery in regards to MLMs.
In fact, there is not much information so let’s just talk about Seyforth for the time being.
In 1975, he started a diet shake MLM called Seyforth laboratories.
Five years later, he partnered with Herbalife and created several of their operational procedures including the compensation plan.
One of the most interesting things about Seyforth is that he also has a company that is still in operation; One24.
There is plenty of background information on the two of the founders on their main website so feel free to check it out.
Products & Services
GoodLife USA is basically a discount club which sells travel memberships.
After purchasing a membership, you can take advantage of the discounts on travel, hotels etc…
GoodLife USA has three different memberships that you can purchase:
Silver: Purchase for $11.95 a month & no start up fee. This membership is for travel and hotel discounts.
Gold: Purchase for $39.95 a month & a $99 one time start up fee. This includes all of the Silver Membership savings along with cruise and getaway packages.
Platinum: Purchase for $59.95 a month & a $199 one time start up fee. This includes all of the Silver and Gold Membership benefits plus fantasy getaways and concierge services.
Yikes, starting to look a bit expensive for something that you can get for free elsewhere.
Compensation Plan
The GoodLife USA compensation plan is extensive so I will only go through the main aspects.
Take a look at the link if you want to see it for yourself.
First things first; let’s take a look at the ranking system to get an idea of what we are working with.
GoodLife USA has a 10 rank system & here are the ranks and qualifications:
Garnet: $300 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits
Tiger’s Eye: $500 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits
Fire Opal: $1000 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits, 2 teams that make 30,000 total value
Sapphire: $3000 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits, 5 teams and at least 75k total value
Ruby: $5000 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits, 10 teams with at least 195k total value
Emerald: $7000 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits, 20 teams with at least 350k total value
Diamond: $10000 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits, 25 teams with at least 500k total value
Double Diamond: $25000 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits, 35 teams with at least 1 million total value
Triple Diamond: $50000 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits, 50 teams with at least 2 million total value
Crown Black Diamond: $100,000 or more monthly w/ 2 personal recruits, 75 teams with at least 3 million in total value
What I Liked About GoodLife USA
• Give you the opportunity to travel extensively and make money while doing so
• Great compensation plan if you have recruiting skills
• Several affiliate memberships
What I Didn’t Like About GoodLife USA
• GoodLife USA sells 3rd party discounts and has no product of their own.
• Expensive unless you travel extensively
• Compensation plan relies heavily on recruitment
• GoodLife USA is not newbie friendly
• There are free travel discount companies like expedia.com
• Will most likely only last a few years like the rest of the travel MLM schems
Final Verdict
Even after my extensive research on GoodLife USA, I am still very confused.
I am still left with more questions than answers to be perfectly honest.
The most important question is; How do you end up saving money on travel by spending anywhere between $150 & $900 a year on membership?
I am also wondering if the two founders have ever heard of expedia.com?
I am sure some customers could take advantage of the discounts that GoodLife offer but the average customer will end up losing money.
The reason I make this assumption is because the vast majority of people travel once a year.
How are you going to make a ROI with this?
I guess you could also become an affiliate which you could possibly make money, but all you are selling is memberships with the promise of more discounts.
But I have a hard time recommending a MLM that focuses on nothing but membership sales and recruitment.
The other thing I don’t understand about the compensation plan is the concept of commission sharing.
If someone is really good at recruiting, then they have to share with people that have done little to no recruiting at all?
Hmmm, sounds weird.
Overall, this company is decent in comparison to other travel niche MLMs and you can make some serious cash if you are already well versed in the recruitment game.
However, I will not recommend joining this company if you are a newbie.
Stay away if you are new to the recruiting game and go find yourself a MLM that has extensive training programs.
Trust me, they exist.
Follow this link and you will see an example of what I am talking about.
Wealthy Affiliate has been around for a while and they have a fantastic training program that you can test out for free.
