One of the most effective ways for brands, businesses, and organizations to improve the products and services they offer is through consumer feedback.
There’s really no replacing unbiased and raw opinions or feedback coming from consumers or potential consumers. This is why market research will always be part of a business’s marketing activities.
Since this is an important aspect of any business, this has given rise to a lot of websites that offer these types of services.
These websites recruit people to become their panelists to have a community of consumers that they can tap into whenever they conduct their market research activities.
They provide some compensation to the members who participate and have provided their time and opinions.
One such website is called Panel Champ, which offers an opportunity for people to make money answering surveys.
The site will pay you in cash, which you can withdraw or redeem for gift cards. The amount of money you can earn here will depend on several factors. From the looks of it, you can likely expect to earn $10 to $20 a month.
But is Panel Champ really a legitimate opportunity or is it just a scam?

Panel Champ Seems Like A Legit Opportunity But with Some Issues
Panel Champ used to be called Quest Mindshare and was owned by Quest Global Research Group. But the site was rebranded in June 2018 after Cint AB acquired it.
The site has a variety of surveys available that members can participate in. As a member, you will be paid in cash for each survey that you are able to complete.
The cash you earn can be withdrawn or redeemed for gift cards. Based on my impression of this site, I can say that it is a legitimate opportunity.
It does provide people with an opportunity to make money answering surveys. However, that is probably the only thing that makes this site legit and the fact that Quest Mindshare has been operational since 2003.
Other than that, the site seems to be failing to deliver a lot of its promises. There are a lot of complaints from members about the site delaying sending the rewards that people have redeemed.
There are also a lot of complaints from the members that the site is not providing the incentives promised after they have completed the survey.
And then there are even some complaints about the site not delivering the redeemed rewards or giving them useless ones that they cannot really use.
I’ll be discussing in more detail these issues further in this review of Panel Champ (Quest Mindshare).
Who Uses Panel Champ?
The Panel Champ website is designed to be used by two groups of people with one being the brands and businesses who are looking to improve the products and services they offer.
The other group are people like you who are looking for opportunities to make some money online. For businesses, the site offers a way for them to gather feedback from consumers through surveys.
Panel Champ can conduct different types of surveys that can be tailor-made to gather the required data and information that their different clients need.
Since the site is available worldwide, clients will have access to people that come from different demographics and are willing to share their unbiased opinions.
For people like you, the site offers an opportunity to make money just for answering surveys. You will get paid for each survey that you complete and the money you earn can be withdrawn for cash or redeemed for gift cards.
Becoming a member is simple and free to do so. You just need to be a resident of the countries that the site supports and be at least 16 years of age to register.
In the next section, I’ll discuss in more detail the registration process, as well as how you can earn with Panel Champ.
How Do You Make Money with Panel Champ?
Panel Champ only offers one way to make money on the website, and that is by participating in the surveys that they conduct.
The beauty of this is that the site offers surveys about a wide variety of topics. They also have high paying surveys, which is good to help you earn more.
The site pays in cash for each survey that you complete and the money you earn can be withdrawn after you reach the minimum threshold. You can also redeem it for gift cards.
To start earning, you will first need to register to become a member of Panel Champ. You first need to select which country you reside in.
After choosing the country, you need to fill out the required details. After providing these and verifying your account, the next step will be to answer a number of questions to complete your profile.
It’s important to complete this process since the site will base the surveys that they send you on the profile that you provide.
The site will also allow you to put in the preferred number of surveys you want and your contact details. Once you are done, you just need to wait for Panel Champ to send you survey invites.
When you get an invitation, you just need to click the link and follow the instructions needed to complete the survey.
The site conduct surveys about topics like healthcare, finance, lifestyle, technology, and more. Some of these surveys will be video feedback or online polls.
The site will pay you $0.25 to $5 per completed survey. The amount of money you will get will be included on at the survey invitation.
From time to time, the site will also invite you to participate in surveys that require your feedback or opinions about music. The beauty of this survey is that it is high paying, you can get paid as high as $90. The task will usually require you to listen to an audio file then provide feedback about it.
You just need to be quick in grabbing them since this type of survey is in high demand.
Now, one of the main complaints that people have is that Panel Champ is not sending the incentives after completing a survey.
There have been members who experienced not getting paid at all after completing the survey that was sent to them. What’s worse is that the site doesn’t seem to reply to any of the emails.
I’m not really sure why there’s a delay, but it really doesn’t look good for the site, considering there are more complaints than positive feedback.
So what can you do with your earnings? You can withdraw your earnings via PayPal and you just need to reach $12.50 to withdraw.
If you don’t want to withdraw it for cash, the site provides other options for you to redeem for gift cards. The available gift cards, though, will depend on which country you reside in.
You will need at least $10 to be able to redeem for gift cards. Now the site says that you can see the payment in 1 to 4 business days, but people’s experience tends to show that it takes longer.
Some complained that it took the site 2 weeks before they got their payment, while others say it took more than a month.
It seems like the site doesn’t really have a set timetable for how long the rewards will be delivered. But those who received payment are the lucky ones, considering there are some members who complained about not getting it at all.
Then there are also others who received their reward, only to find out that it cannot be used. From what I’ve seen, the problem seems to arise after a member has withdrawn 1 or 2 times before.
I can’t really say the problem is because of new ownership, as some people experienced some of these issues when they were still known as Quest Mindshare.
Hopefully, these issues can be addressed before the site’s reputation and popularity falls even further.
What I Liked about Panel Champ
Now that we have learned more about Panel Champ and what they offer, it’s time to discuss what I liked about this opportunity.
- The first thing I liked about Panel Champ is that it offers a variety of surveys for you to answer, including high paying ones. This is good because you won’t have to get stuck answering only multiple-choice surveys and earning peanuts. You can have a chance to earn surveys that pay well, which can allow you to reach the cashout threshold faster.
- Another thing I liked about Panel Champ is that they provide different options when it comes to withdrawing your rewards. You can choose to get paid in cash or in gift cards, giving you the freedom to decide what kind of reward you want to get.
- It’s also a good thing that it is easy and free to join Panel Champ and it is available worldwide.
What I Disliked about Panel Champ
As good as the opportunity sounds, there are also things that I didn’t really like about Panel Champ.
- The first thing that I didn’t like about Panel Champ is that the payouts for the rewards can take forever. They say you need to wait for 1 to 4 business days, which means about a week’s worth of wait. But a lot of members have complained that it took the site 2 weeks to even more than a month before they sent the reward.
- I also didn’t like that there are also a lot of complaints about the site not giving the incentive for completing a survey or not sending the reward that was redeemed. I can’t really say that this is an isolated case since there are a lot of people complaining about it. Though the site is still considered legit, the issue with non-payment could very well put them into scam territory.
Do I Recommend Panel Champ?
After learning more about what Panel Champ is and what they are offering, I can say that it is an opportunity that I don’t really recommend.
Yes, the site offers good survey options and rewards, but the main complaints that members have with them is just hard to ignore.
It’s bad enough that they are delaying sending the rewards to its members, but it’s even worse when they are not even receiving the rewards they earned.
This almost makes them a scam, but since the site has been active in replying to the comments and complaints, I won’t put them there yet.
But, I still can’t find a good enough reason to recommend them or even check them out. You will likely just be frustrated with Panel Champ.
There are a lot of better money-making opportunities out there and it’s best if you check them out first.
