Today, there are many ways to make money online. And one of the easiest ways to make money on the internet today is by completing online surveys.

There are many legitimate sites where you can get paid to carry out simple surveys. There are an equal number of sites that will refuse to pay you for your hard work.

Therefore, you have to be careful when looking for survey sites so that you don’t waste your time doing work that you will not receive payment for.

Now to answer the question about Vindale Research.

Vindale Research is legit and there are many people who have been paid by site.

But the biggest issue is that you’ll only get paid small amounts for the time and effort you spend completing the surveys.

This is not just a problem with Vindale Research, but with online survey companies in general.

A lot of folks have to spend time completing pre-qualifying questions (which can take anywhere between 20 – 30 minutes) before they are illegible to even start a survey.

Whilst I understand the reasons these companies do this (which is to ensure they hit the right demographics) it offers little comfort to the poor person who spends the time filling out the questionnaire, only to not qualify for the survey that pays them the the money.

What is Vindale Research?

Vindale research is a company based in New York. It is one of oldest survey companies out there. To be paid, all that you will be required to do is review some products as well as take online surveys. Seems easy, right?

Yes it is. However, like most survey sites, the work is time consuming and the pay is not as good as most people would want.

The amount of money that you are going to earn in this survey site depends on the nature of the survey that you are going to take.

This is because some surveys pay more than others.

Surveys that require specialized knowledge (such as medical surveys) pay better than surveys that can be completed by anyone.

How To Make Money With Vindale Research

There are several ways that you can use to earn money from this survey site.

They include;

1. Taking surveys

You can earn $1 to $5 by taking the traditional surveys. All that should be done is the completion of short answer questionnaires. No credit card is required to carry out these simple surveys.

2. Evaluations

To earn through evaluations, you are given a product or service that is on offer for a certain period of time and you are expected to give your honest opinion about it at the end of the trial period.

You will be compensated for the amount you spend on the products or services and the time you spent testing them. You can earn $5 and $75. Such surveys pay the most on this site.

3. Reward Mail

Here, you will get paid for opening and interacting with advertisements that have sent to your email. You can up to $0.10 for each reward mail advertisement that you open and interact with.

4. Vindale Videos

With Vindale videos, you can earn up to $0.25 for watching vides online. Most of the videos are short. You will probably enjoy watching the videos than taking the conventional surveys.

5. Referrals

You will get paid by this survey sites when you refer others to the site. Yu will earn $5 for each person that you refer to the site.

6. Deals

Member in certain locations are entitled to exclusive discounts and coupons.

7. Cash Contests

There are cash contests in Vindale research almost every week. After joining the site, you should be on the look out for these contests. You can earn up to $15 from these contests.

8. Submitting A Payment Photo

When you send a photo of you and your payment, you can earn $5.

What I Liked

  1. Offer payments to members who refer friends.
  2. You can post your referral links anywhere.
  3. It is among the very few sites that actually pay in cash
  4. The fact that it offers payments via PayPal makes it possible for people residing anywhere in the world to participate.
  5. It has unique earning opportunities. For example, members can earn just y clicking on the advertisement sent to their emails.
  6. The site gives a detailed account of all your payments
  7. There is a daily consumer study that you can do as many times as you want. You will receive a payment every time you complete a study.
  8. It is a site that is well laid out.
  9. The sire has a blog, Facebook page and twitter page that routinely provide information about different surveys, offers and free samples.

What I Didn’t Like

  1. All coupons can be used in the United States only.
  2. Minimum cash out limit is $50.
  3. The company usually sends survey invitation links that direct you to other survey companies

Reviews Around The Web

Most people from around the web are not happy that the company makes them pay out high monthly fees to websites that they are not interested in.

For example, members may be asked to join a site that requires you to pay $30 and be paid $40 in the end. The company will claim that it has paid you $40, when in a real sense you have earned only $10.

Most users are also unhappy that they have to earn $50 to get paid. With the little payment, this minimum payment amount is difficult to reach. It is also high compared to the payout in other survey sites.

Final Verdict: Should You Join This Site?

Although the company is legit, it is not a site that you should expect to earn much money from. This is not only because of the poor pay, but because of its many misleading trial offers.

Being asked to join other websites that require you to pay joining fees before you can carry out surveys is not a practice that you should adopt.

Most legit survey sites don’t require you to do such a thing. You can see our Opinion Outpost Review, Inbox Dollars Review And Global Test Market Review.

  4. Its such a scam you do a survey for like 30 minutes and it tells you that you are not eligible what a scam and a fraud. also sometimes they say its going to take 10-15minutes it takes longer. Look for another website l think it will be way better than this crappy site honestly.

  5. The latest qualification email I received, which included SEVERAL payment method brand recognition questions, seemed like standard survey questions passing off as qualification questions. The answers provided were obviously usable and valuable data/information. However, after the answers provided disqualified the responder, I concluded that Vindale Research must be in the habit of cutting down on reward expenses by using this tactic on short surveys.

  6. Vindale research is a scam. They bait and switch you with a survey that says you will make a $1.00 to 1.75 and then say that survey has expired. The bait. Then they offer you a survey that takes 20 minutes for .38 cents. The switch. I would not waist your valuable time.

  7. After you earn a little I think (but have no proof) that they put a mark against your account to make it harder to qualify. Also I agree that when you get through a survey and you are disqualified for no good reason it is a scam to get your opinions and info for free. THIEVES!!!

  8. They are a scam. The phone number that is posted is a recording saying they don’t take messages. If you continue email them they deactivate your account.

  10. I have been doing surveys with them for about two years when suddenly, you cannot reach them. They owe me a $50 payout since 1/15/18, and as today, they have not paid me or reply to my emails. Stay away from them, it takes to long to earn money and not after spending all my time, they will not pay or respond.

  11. Vindale has many surveys to take, but they waste your time with most of them just to say you don’t qualify. They expect you to buy products to review and promise to reimburse you for the cost of the products. They have many excuses for not paying you back. They kept bugging me for a credit card until I told them I wasn’t going to give them a card number to charge repeatedly and fraudulently. That finally made them go away.

  12. Hey guys! I signed up with Vindale Research and I had the same f@@king problem with them. They email me saying they have new surveys for me to take and then they turn around and they tell you that the survey is not valid anymore even if I got the email 2 seconds ago!!!! I gave up really annoyed and pissed off. Then they give you different surveys with the same result. No this is not worth your time. I deleted all emails coming from Vindale Research before i got too serious into the surveys! Don’t waste your time with this so called company! There are better ones out there !!!! Also stay clear from Survey Junkie too. Same problem. I don’t qualify for most surveys and it is very hard to get much points to cash out.

  13. You guys a idiots. Vindale works just fine. If you don’t have the time or energy, then Vindale is not for you. They look for honest people who take time to fill out these surveys. You all probably don’t make a penny because you scroll through the survey quickly and answer anything, thus deactivating your eligibility. I’ve made over $100 so far because I have the patience unlike most of you on this thread. Vindale is providing you with an opportunity to make money, so all they ask in return is your time. Unfortunately, that’s what most of you people don’t have.

  14. I spend time answering what appears to be a legitimate survey for them to tell me I don’t qualify. So I’ve basically answered what they wanted to know for free. It’s a scam.

  15. How do I stop Vindale from sending me surveys.
    Get out of the program.
Not worth $1.00 to take survey for 15 minutes.

  16. This company is a SCAM! Every time I’ve taken a survey from these people, at the end I get a message, Sorry it’s no longer available but here is another survey. They don’t pay a cent.

  17. I used to like Vindale. In 2018 I made $600. I had to fill out a W-9 and Email it to them. After that, I got very few offers to do more surveys. I contacted them and they never contacted me back. They offered so few chances I just canceled. They owed me about 10 75cent surveys they never paid. I would send the day, time, and the number of the survey and they just ignored me. Don’t bother

  18. I received a check, which I could print at home, and I get no response from them, as to whether it is legit or not. I could lose $12.00 for having deposited it. They are located in NYC, and bank with Silicon Valley Bank, across the country from their home office. That getsone’s attention very quickly, concerning legitimacy.

  19. Vindale surveys is a scam!

BEWARE: VINDALE SURVEYS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I spent hours and hours and hours taking surveys, 80% of them going to completion and not paying after spending so much time. I finally made the required $50 necessary for PayPal payment. When I went to payments, Vindale informed me that they don’t credit your PayPal account, but instead, send a check in the mail, maybe in about 15 days.

I then asked customer service to please credit my Paypal account as told they would do upfront. Vindale then canceled my account and will not pay the $50 that I spent countless hours to complete.

  20. I have made 100’s off of Vindale and they have always paid me. In fact, last year I was averaging about 50 every two weeks. Does it take time and effort…YES! The surveys, no doubt are hard to get too at times…But they tell they fill up quickly..IDK..The 50 threshold is high, but at least you have a chunk you can actually do something with.

  21. I keep getting disqualified for surveys, I joined several months ago, I’ve made $1.25! But I did do a study for a week, they said they’ll be sending me a $15 dollar prepaid gift card. Wondering how long it takes to actually get it, I just finished the study this week. For each day I did it I got 100 points, 700 total, what can you do with the points? I don’t see my points anywhere! Can someone please tell me where to look to see my points please?

    Thank you!

  22. Vindale Research is NOT an honest company!!!! I made $30.00 and was working on getting to the minimum payout of $50.00. They deleted my account. When I tried to get back in I was supposed to start over at $0. No reason given for deleting my account. It takes way too long to even earn a little bit. They’ve made me so mad and frustrated! There are plenty of legit survey sites that not only pay better, but you get to payout much faster. STAY AWAY FROM VINDALE RESEARCH!!!! Don’t get conned like me!
